We are so happy with our new home from TJ Fluehr. His team was great to work with and we are so happy we chose them. From pre planning to demo and step by step decisions to move in day. After meeting with several builders we decided to go with Ted Fluehr Jr. We could not be happier with our decision. From demolition to completion, the process was seamless. We were residing in Florida during the project and had to make decisions remotely. We had to fly up to do some "walk throughs" and there was not one delay or glitch. Every person that worked on our home was professional, courteous and immaculate. Deb (our project manager), took my hand guided me along and did not let it go until we received the final C of O. The house was finished on time and is just spectacular!!

I could not be more pleased! From tear down of the old to a new 3200+ SF home, the team was professional, attentive to even small details, kept me informed and kept to the timelines. Their experience with home building at the shore was evident in their many ideas for making home maintenance at the shore easier for the homeowner. TJ is truly a CUSTOM builder.

Our beachhouse has been completed for 3 years and we finally finished decorating it. TJ Fluehr did a fabulous job on our new home. It was designed just how we live and the workmanship is amazing. TJ and his team were great to work with and still available for questions and concerns. Glad we chose him and his team for this project. They are well organized and keep you moving along.

Before we built our new home I expected an experience that would make me never want to build another house again. Not true! Ted Fleuhr Jr and incredible staff made it so easy that I would do it again with no reservation. Their price was competitive. The quality was great. We've had our new house for about a year now and we just went through 1 year adjustment for minor flaws and settling. There wasn't too much to do but that too was done quickly and conveniently. From beginning to end Fluehr was great to deal with and they are really nice people! Do yourself a favor and use these folks to build your new dream home.

In addition to great quality and conscientiousness that often went above and beyond what might reasonably be expected, all of the people working for this company are easy to work with and dedicated to getting the job done right. They take changes in stride and priced them fairly. Couldn't be happier - Would definitely use again...

After looking at various builders to do a tear down & rebuild i decided on Fluehr because they had been building on LBI for over 30 years llboy was i glad i did. Friends had used some of the new builders who started after hurricane Sandy & most had problems & delays. I can honestly say everything went smooth & was done on time & on budget. There were no surprises, and they walked us through the process & gave us a schedule of when we had to pick things out by. The woman who was project manager was also fantastic answering all our questions & showing us options. Half way through we wanted to add a screened in porch & it was no problem to make the change. Other change orders were processed easily & with no problems I had never had a house built before & had heard of many nightmares, truthfully TJ & staf made it easy & we could not have been happier with how the house came out, PERFECT

First Class Builder that helped build our dream shore home. After almost 2 years of planning, TJ Fluehr with his team executed flawlessly on building our shore home. While timing was tight to ensure we were complete for the summer of 2016, TJ and his team (especially Deb and Brian) built our shore home of execeptional quality and attention to detail. We were extremely impressed with all his workers and subcontractors as they were the best to work with and really were attentive to our wishes and input. The quality and craftsmanship is first class and this is probably one of the best built homes we have ever owned and this is our 12th home. TJ is very experienced and knowledgeable about building, very practical in solutions when problems arise and we would highly recommend this company.

TJ and company were a pleasure to work with. From the first stages of design, selection of options, construction, management, subs and final meticulous inspection was excellent. TJ's management team builds every house as if it is their own. Our house was completed ahead of schedule, a rare occurrence in the building industry. The best builder on the Island.

TJ and his team built an incredible house. They don't cut corners and they're focused on quality. TJ is very easy to work with and patiently guided us through the home building process as this was our first build. His cost estimates were generally right on the number and there were no cost surprises. TJ delivered the house slightly ahead of schedule and any punch list items were promptly and thoroughly addressed. Just about everyone who has visited us in the house has commented on the quality workmanship. If I build another house I'll be calling TJ.
