My wife and I had heard of Ted Maines Interiors before and decided to meet with them to discuss our vision for our new condo at The Residences of Winter Park. This discussion included not only our preferred style, but how my wife, son and I live. This was our new home so making it not only look good, but function for life, was a focal point for them. The entire process of renovating and designing was so comprehensive and detailed, I really don't know how we could have done it without them. They made it easy and we loved all of their suggestions. We've become great friends with Ted and now sing his praises to all of our friends.

Ted Maines is not only a dear friend, but the most sought-after designer in our area and for good reason; we knew he had the vision to take our spaces to the next level.

Ted & Julie were able to take my vision, get creative and design a masterpiece. My condo overlooking Orlando is a work of art that inspires me daily.

Having owned my own construction company for over 31 years, I've had the opportunity to work with many architects, designers, and tradesmen. In the past two to three years, I have worked in collaboration with Ted Maines of the Ted Maines Interiors on several jobs. And I have to admit - it's been quite a treat to work with such an experienced and creative design team. These jobs have been extremely detailed, requiring an enormous amount of thought and time to produce the exquisite showcases they turned out to be. At first I was hesitant to use Ted Maines Interiors because I thought his style would be too modern. I originally consulted with Ted to do a master bathroom remodel and it snowballed from there. This is the second complete condominium unit in the Sanctuary we have collaborated on. Ted and I call it my “pied-a-terre”.
