If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was a massive existing deck tear down, design and replace with a larger deck and cover. Terrence did exactly what we wanted and accommodated any requests while the project was ongoing. His crew was a perfect fit for us, friendly, but professional. They worked hard, even in the snow and subzero temperatures. They cleaned up after themselves and we miss having them around. You may find someone less expensive, but you won't find anyone who would do a better job. I cannot recommend them enough.

We found out about Terrence after three failed attempts to find a deck builder. We were naturally skeptical but working with Terrence and the 3 leave team was an AMAZING experience. He carefully walked through decking options and was the only builder who suggested metal joists to ensure a deck that would stand the test of time. While Terrence and his company, 3 Leaves, were extremely busy during the construction season of 2021, and while there were supply chain problems, I found the wait was well worth the wait to have my deck installed. His carpenters who installed the deck (3 Leaves employees, not subcontractors, something important) were highly skilled and great to work with. High quality construction with an excellent finished product at a competitive price (I had 7 bids for the work and they were in the middle for price). I highly recommend 3 Leaves and only caution others to have patience as they are busy.

3 Leaves Woodwork & Construction recently finished a concrete patio and deck replacement at our home. Terrence and his team did a fantastic job. They were able to squeeze us in the schedule, assist with color and railing selection, and followed through to complete the project. Our project came in on time and on budget. The 3 Leaves crew is professional and knows their stuff. The city's inspector was impressed with the effort they made to ensure our deck was structurally sound and would last for many, many years. During his final inspection, he said, "Oh yeah, they wanted to make sure these stairs were going to last a long time." I'd recommend Terrence and 3 Leaves for any deck and/or concrete patio work. They did a great job with our project and created a great addition to our outdoor space.

I CANNOT say enough good things about 3 Leaves Woodwork & Construction!!! It has been such a pleasure working with Terrence and his crew. Aside from ALWAYS showing up on time and working the entire day, they cleaned up at the end of each day. If they weren't going to be there, that was communicated ahead of time. Everyone from 3 Leaves who came to the house and worked on our deck was friendly and interactive with my kids who liked to ask questions and watch the build. Pricing was totally fair. Project was completed quickly. Entire company has an outstanding work ethic. Working with 3 Leaves has been the best experience. You will not be disappointed!

3 Leaves just completed our deck project. They covered our existing concrete patio and extended the decking out into the yard. The construction was well engineered and completed in a timely manner. Terrence worked with us to design a deck that was ideal for our needs and still kept in line with local codes. The construction crew was very professional and courteous. They had done my son's deck and another in his neighborhood. We are all very pleased. Highly recommended.

We replaced our deck this summer using 3 Leaves Woodwork and Construction. The team did a wonderful job and nailed all of the details. Anything that we were concerned about they addressed right away.
