About Us

Founded in late 2009, Badeloft USA is an online retailer of bathroom products for your home. We are a Berlin, Germany based boutique bathroom fixture brand. Our US offices, warehouse, and main showroom are located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our factory produces Cast Stone (Stone Resin) bathtubs and wash basins. Our Stone Resin is an engineered composite consisting of acrylic polymer (Dutch polyester resin) and dry ground marble and limestone filler blend. Our products are manufactured with special detail to the material used in the production process and are non-toxic materials that are safe for the user. Our stone resin is 100% non-porous, none-leaching, lead free and therefore unaffected by fluctuating moisture or humidity. The manufacturing process starts with the interior of the mould being lined with a gloss gel coat. Then the polyester resin is mixed with powdered mineral filler blend and color pigments (imported from the UK). It then cures and is heated to 70 degrees (sometimes even more to improve its heat resistance). It is then injected into a mould and then dried. Once the product comes out of the mould, if it will be a Matte finish, it is hand sanded to become Matte. If it will be Gloss finish, it is is simply hand buffed.

My new freestanding Badeloft BW-04-L in Gloss WHT tub is the star of my master bath renovation. I knew I wanted a stone resin tub, but I wasn’t satisfied with my local options. I was nervous buying online, but the sample and the floor pattern they shipped to me gave me the confidence to buy online. It was the best decision. This tub is beautiful, but more importantly, it is super comfortable for long soaks. The entire tub is smooth including the rim, but it isn’t slippery. If you’re on the fence, give them a call. Their customer service is amazing. This is one purchase you won’t regret.

We could not be happier with our purchase from Badeloft. The bathtub (Freestanding Bathtub BW-03-XL-BLK (#BW-03-XL-MBLK-03)) is simply stunning. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. From order to delivery, every question was answered promptly and politely. Each tub is made to order, requiring a substantial lead time. Tyler was great about explaining all of this to us. There were no delays - the tub was ready right on time. The shipping carton protected the product so it arrived without a single scratch. If you're on the fence about the company or the tub, I can attest that the service is A+ and the product is even better than it looks on the website. This tub MADE our new primary suite. Great investment!

In January of this year, I purchased from Houzz a Badeloft soaking tub for our master bedroom remodel. Because of changes in the project, it wasn’t until this past week that the sink installation was scheduled. When we opened the tub box it was discovered that there was a crack in one of the corners. I contacted Houzz and explained my situation. Although it had been 5 months since we purchased the tub, Houzz review the issue and agreed to send us a replacement. They responded in less than one day with their initial review and came back the next with the approved replacement. I can’t say enough for this companies and highly recommend them for any future needs you may have.

I contacted Tyler at Badeloft because I wanted to buy a Badeloft bathtub for my whole house remodel that I was doing. Tyler and his team were very knowledgable and helped me pick the best tub! We bought the Badeloft BW-03-XL. Basically this is a two person tub and I am SO in love with this bathtub! It not only looks beautiful in our newly remodeled Master Bathroom but it is comfortable to lay in! I absolutely love it! I even started using it before my house has been completed because I wanted to relax in it. I would highly recommend this tub over a plastic acrylic tub or a cast iron tub. This is the way to go!

After too many web searches for a wide, but not too wide sink, we found the Badeloft UB-05 sink. It allowed us to use two faucets (even if it wasn't really meant for two, but works great for not getting toothpaste on each other while using the space at the same time) and conserve some drawer storage in the vanity. The white looks clean and goes nicely with the quartz and chrome. Love the sink!

Master Bathroom Renovation: Not by choice but due to a water leak behind a wall which necessitated a near gut-job of our bathroom. Well this allowed us to update a 30 year old bathroom which included a cast iron drop in jetted tub which got little use. I went in search of a free standing tub. I searched high and low and looked at so many that I lost count. I studied the pros and cons of the different materials used, along with sizes and styles. I came across Badeloft and was hooked. I got their sample materials and templates which helped in the decision making. Tyler was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Because of lead times for the tub and construction start time, I was able to order my tub well in advance and have Badeloft hold it in their warehouse until I was ready to have it shipped. Shipping was smooth and the tub was crated extremely well. My BW-02-M (Gloss White) free standing tub was delivered in perfect condition. Thanks to the best contractor and crew, it was moved upstairs and installed perfectly (with a lot of muscle!). I just love my master bath renovation with this tub as the focal point. I am so glad to have found Badeloft.

Love my Badeloft bathtub! I was so unsure about placing the order not knowing anything about the company. I am so glad I did. First they send you a sample of the material and full-size printouts of your top 3 tub selections. This was super helpful in evaluating my space. Luckily, I was not in a rush, it took 4 months to arrive. Shipment was seamless, no issues. Comes in a crate with an easy lift top and straps that make it possible to carry inside. The tub, well the tub is beautiful. It is everything I hoped it would be! I would definitely order again.
