The Faulkner Group

Hands down the best contractor in Middle Tennessee. We hired Faulkner Group for a master bathroom renovation in 2024 and again in March 2026 for a complete kitchen and living room reno. Tre and his team took our haphazard vision and knocked both projects out of the park with quality and care. They tore down walls and installed massive structural beams, reconfigured electric and plumbing, sanded and refinished the floors, custom built the entertainment wall, and wrapped it all up with a pretty bow. They handled everything - the engineering, cabinets, counters, floors, and even offered up recommendations on style, color, etc. when we were undecided. They are very respectful, professional and they are great communicators - we knew what to expect at all times. If an issue arose, it was handled promptly and efficiently. Rest assured that Tre is a fair and honest man. He set the bar high and ensured the end result met his standard before shaking our hand and letting us loose. He really knows his stuff and he cares about his clients AND his team. Excellent customer service from start to finish - highly recommend and will absolutely bring them back for future projects. Thanks for an incredible experience, Tre and Faulkner Group team!

We hired the Faulkner Group to remodel our master bathroom and do some work in our guest bathroom. They were professional, courtesy, and conscientious. They were quick to answer questions, make suggestions and fixed everything we asked them to without hesitation. We were impressed with how they cleaned up their work areas every evening before they left. I would highly recommend Tre and his team! Our bathrooms turned out beautiful!

Our kitchen and bath remodel was just a dream of mine, an idea that was brought to life by the Faulkner Group. I am over the moon with how beautiful it is! They removed an old plastic shower and jacuzzi tub. It was replaced with a large custom tiled step in shower with a wall niche and foot rest, rain shower head and hand held shower wand. The lights were updated and are brighter. My bath is huge now! My kitchen got new countertops and backspash, kitchen sink and faucet. The Faulkner Group team are all friendly, professional and know their stuff. Highly recommend!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with the Faulkner Group to remodel our bedroom and ensuite, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team was incredibly responsive and reliable from beginning to end, ensuring that our needs and preferences were met. They brought our vision to life, transforming our living space into a stunning one. The Faulkner Group has excellent contacts with many top retailers in the Nashville area, which helped make the selection of materials and finishes seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend them for their exceptional work, professionalism, and quality connections.

The Faulkner Group remodeled our kitchen and master bath. They were extremely professional and easy to work with and projects were completed when promised. All of their crews were polite, hard working and superior in their workmanship. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

If you want an honest, fair and trustworthy contractor, then The Faulkner Group is for you. My wife and I moved to Tennessee recently without any friends or family. When we began looking for contractors, my wife searched through many companies and reviews to find an honest/trustworthy contractor since we would still be moving things back and forth from out of state. After meeting with multiple contractors, we contacted Tre Faulkner and received a quote for the work we wanted completed. Tre was honest with what he could do and what could not be done due to the structure of the home, without intense remodeling. Tre guaranteed the quality of work and advised that if something was not done correctly or to our liking, he would remove what had been done and have it remodeled to our standard. I can go on about extra work he did without charging us, the continuous lines of communication to ensure of what was wanted and the trustworthiness of his employees; ie: Kurk, Pablo, Carlos and all the other workers! Tre is a man of his word and will give you quality work at a fair price. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them on any future projects!!

Highly recommend Tre and his team! They did at complete high end home remodel 2.5 years ago and did it outstandingly well! They are true creative craftsman. But the best part is I found a small exhaust pipe they had not connecting last month and they came out and fixed it that week with no charge even if long outside the warranty period. And then I had an urgent repair needed unrelated to the remodel and the earliest I could get anyone was months out and while he’s booked until December, he squeezed me in this week and did a great job!! Thanks so much Tre and team!!!!

We found Tre Faulkner (The Faulkner Group) through our cabinet maker, E&K Cabinetry of Murfreesboro. We are very satisfied with our cabinets from E&K. E&K Cabinetry do outstanding work; they are true craftsmen. The rest of our remodel involved framing & construction (removal of a wall, installation of a beam), dry wall work, painting, electrical, plumbing and tile work. This was a moderately extensive remodel in the midst of a pandemic. For that reason, we were concerned with getting the job done. However, once The Faulkner Group began work they had someone onsite, every day. We did experience significant problems with both plumbing and tiling that are now largely fixed. We believe these problems could have been avoided if Tre visited the remodel a couple of times per week to inspect the work of his subs. We wish this remodel had gone more smoothly. But, we appreciate the fact that Tre and The Faulkner Group stand behind their work.

We used The Faulkner Group to remodel two bathrooms at the same time almost a year ago. We were very pleased with the outcome . They do their best to make sure you are satisfied with the job as there were a couple of things that needed to be addressed and they made sure we were happy. I've even had them come out more recently to figure out why a switch wasn't working in one of the bathrooms and they took care of that for me as well.

Wonderful experience having our stairs replaced with hardwood. They were finished in a day and the job is even better than we expected! We could not be more pleased and will definitely use them for future projects. I highly recommend them!!

Faulkner’s employees are diligent and create a fabulous end product! Had two bathrooms fully remodeled and they were done right and are beautiful. We would highly recommend them to others looking for a home contractor.

When I found The Faulkner Group. Tre gave us a firm estimate the same day he came to bid. (Other contractors took weeks.). He then let us meet with a family whose home he recently renovated. It was impeccably finished and the home owners raved about working with The Faulkner Group The Faulkner Group completed everything before our deadline and the quality of the work was exceptional. The team who worked in our home was amazing. We had two primary job leaders. They are true craftsmen and could literally do anything that came up. The showed up on time, communicated schedules clearly via text, and were just genuinely really nice guys to have in the house for a few months. The tile and hardwood refinishing crews also did a wonderful job. There was one honest mistake made during this project. It needed to be fixed. We were offered two solutions. One was “ok” and a lot less expensive, but we were willing to accept that alternative. However, Tre, even though he knew we would take the less expensive option, was not willing to accept less than happiness on our part, and spent several thousands of dollars to repair their mistake to the highest level. It was a lot of extra work and materials from his crew, but he made it right. We have done several renovations in different homes over the years, this has been the highest quality of finished work we have had. Anything they touched looks perfect now that the project is done. We are very happy with the final outcome.
