Having been a long time professional horticulturist I am impress with the workmanship of Garden Concierge. Having work with this company in the past I am very familiar with their high principles to deliver knowledgeable, friendly and creative garden management services. As the Director of Horticulture for the High Line in New York City I am aware the importance of timely effective work to produce beautiful quality gardens through all seasons. The Garden Concierge is respectful to the clients’ needs and designers’ intent with proper horticulture methods for healthy and pleasing garden landscapes.

My review of The Garden Concierge (GC) is positive in every way. The very experienced, knowledgeable staff is not only skilled, but also very interested in the CLIENT"s vision and making it happen. This is rare. All interactions have been really positive. GC has gone the extra mile for me: when I was planning for my daughter's wedding on a property two hours from home, they trekked up and bailed me out: with muscle, savvy, creativity and excellent humor. Several visits from GC later, the cottage garden beds, the border plantings along new stone steps, the pruning required by electricians and tent people: all were improved, enhanced and solved. It is a relief working with GC because I know I can count on their expertise, their availability to collaborate, and their hard work. They have helped transform a sense of overwhelm with our landscape to one of pleasure. I am truly grateful. GC has also been great at interface with other companies that work on our gardens: arborists, lawn service, etc. No glitches with billing -- all highly efficient, dependable, and professional. When can you say you completely trust your landscape team and you feel happy when they arrive? I do. Kudos to GC!

The eleven years of beautiful flowers and landscaping designed and maintained by Garden Concierge have made living in our house so special. Friends who come to visit consistently remark at how they dont want to leave the backyard because it is so serene. And neighbors stop to tell us how beautiful our property looks as they drive by each day. Eric and Craig are responsive and the crew is a pleasure to work with. They respond to my request for specific colors or certain flowers and help me figure out how to achieve the look I want each season. I have recommended them to many others.

Craig and Eric, Owners of The Garden Concierge have been servicing my property for almost four years and I can honestly say, nobody even comes close to providing the incredible service that these men provide their customers. I have a very difficult property to maintain because of the various types of flowers as well as the amount of flowers in my garden. However, my garden looks amazing year round thanks to the dedication and the special care that The Garden Concierge provides. When people come into my home and look out a window into my garden and see the beauty that these men have created, it is astonishing. I have actually had people walk by my home and stop to admire my garden and ask, "How do you get your roses to look like that beautiful?" I am extremely picky when it comes to my garden and enjoy working in it as well. However, due to my schedule, I do not always have the time to do so. The owners and staff of The Garden Concierge are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I've never had to follow up to find out when they're coming next, and they always clean up once they're finished. They tailor they're plantings based on not only the what would grow best and where, but also keep in mind they type of flowers and colors I prefer. They've never steered my wrong! Whenever I have people over, I always get compliments on my flowers and plantings which to me, is the highest compliment. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!!

Eric and Craig are talented, detailed and conscientous professionals. They are immediately responsive to any inquiries or concerns I may have. They have an amazing team of kind and knowledgeable landscape professionals that work with them. In addition, they can easily coordinate with any other companies that are servicing my property. Their gardens and containers are spectacular! In all of New England I have never seen more beautiful designs. Everything is creative, beautiful, timeless, and meticulously maintained. Garden Concierge has managed our perennial gardens for over seven years. The employees working on the property are conscientious and knowledgeable. The property is a 100 year old farmhouse and Garden Concierge has made the gardens look natural -- as if they have always been there, recommending new plants and removing or moving older or overgrown plants. The gardens are spectacular.

We are entering our third year working with the Garden Concierge, Inc. They maintain our perennial gardens, plant colorful containers and gorgeous annuals, and keep the various gardens on our property looking wonderful. Their services include cleaning beds, mulching, feeding, weeding, pruning, deadheading, planting new plants where needed, setting plants aside for "wintering over" - all the tasks necessary to keep the gardens looking their best at all times. We have been pleased with the work ethic of the employees. They are courteous and work diligently while on site. They are all extremely knowledgeable about plants, and have introduced new varieties into containers that are both fragrant and stunning.
