I worked with Melissa she is an outstanding employee!! She was very helpful with everything about ordering and setting up my appointment for my glass in the doors. She was great to get back to me as well when leaving messages. Adam and Carlos came out and installed the glass door inserts with new lock hardware on 10/ 28 doing an excellent job!! They were very polite and did a great job. The doors look absolutely beautiful!! Very satisfied. Thank You so much !!!

I love my door insert. The glass door installers were quick and efficient. They came when they said they would. The store staff were all very helpful as well. I've received numerous compliments from neighbors and friends, with several wanting to do the same thing. Thank you for making this project amazing.

We are very happy with our new glass door insert. It's Beautiful! The installers were fast, cleaned when done & very efficient. Would definitely recommend The Glass Door Store. There Tampa showroom has all the door inserts to pick & choose. You'll change your mind 3 times. We had fun there. The salesmen were also topnotch. Very helpful. 5 star for sure!

We couldn't be happier with our new glass door inserts. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional, from selection to installation. The available options were numerous, especially for our narrow requirements. My husband was worried about the fit of the doors once reinstalled. He is thrilled that they are more secure now. The transformation of our entrance is amazing. We highly recommend this company.

We found that the sales staff at The Glass Door Store were very knowledgeable and helpful during our decision making process of replacing the glass in the double front door of our home. There was a plethora of options and designs that we could choose from and actually visited the showroom twice to review our choices. We ultimately chose an etched design of palms, a heron, and an ibis.....we live in Florida! The company kept us informed every step of the process and were very honest about the timeline to have the glass etched. The installers were efficient, neat, and left us with a lovely addition to our home. A retailer like this, who pays attention to customers, is an A+ in our book.

From the initial phone call to Jordon Bergman to the installation and follow up, I have to say they were very professional. The value of changing the door this way is great. Not only did this improve the appearance of the door from both sides, the additional light coming thru the glass has changed that whole front area of the house. I finally feel like I’m in a home and not in a “mood” lounge because of the brightness of the hallway and front room near the door. My wife loves the new door. Our neighbors are also inquiring who installed the atlas. We Highly recommend!

I wrote a review elsewhere but I will write another one again here. Bottom line is my door, not the insert they put in, looked worse when they put it back up then when they took it down. Your door should not be in worse shape when they put it back up then it was before they took it back down. The installers have no eye for detail and they have no finesse. All they wanted to do is get it done and get out of there. If you are OCD and a perfectionist you probably would not use this company. A little detail to finish work, better tools to work with, and a little more patience could have made this a 5 star job.... What a Shame.

For months I have been researching a lot of entry door vendors before coming across The Glass Door Store. I wanted the full Glass Kordella style, which was very hard to find in South Florida, especially with a price within my budget. Angel at The Glass Door Store in Lakeland did an amazing job. She knew exactly what she was doing, very professional and extremely patient with me. She sent me the photos and Product Approval ahead of time, which were verified by The City, making sure it was compatible before I purchased. I drove all the way from Coral Springs Florida, to Lakeland Florida to collect my door and still stayed under budget. The door is a beautiful hurricane impact door. I love the door and now it is a part of my furniture rather than just separating me from the outside world. Communication was great with the Glass Door Company. Thank you The Glass Door Store. Thank you Angel. I highly recommend this Company.
