The Green Cocoon

We chose Green Cocoon based on their detailed proposal and the thorough conversations we had before signing the contract. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, the organization and communication we initially experienced disappeared. Scheduling became incredibly difficult, with calls and emails going unanswered. On two occasions the crew simply didn’t show up on the days we had confirmed. We rearranged work schedules to be home for these appointments, yet no apologies or explanations were offered beyond “we mixed up the dates.” The first phase of the project, coordinated with our roofing company, was especially frustrating. The insulation crew arrived without any understanding of the plan and without the equipment they needed, forcing them to leave and return later. This delayed our roofers and put us in an uncomfortable position having to explain the situation. Scheduling the second half of the job was equally challenging. When the crew finally arrived, they again seemed unaware of what was supposed to be done, and ultimately did not complete all the work outlined in our contract. This required scheduling a third visit, during which the team showed up without proper tools and had to borrow ours in order to finish removing old insulation. We requested a specialist afterward to confirm that everything had finally been completed, but this amounted only to a brief walkthrough and quick scan of the areas. While the insulation work itself appears to have been done well, the management and scheduling process was exceptionally poor. We shared all of these concerns with the only contact we were able to reach, yet received no real acknowledgment or resolution. Unless Green Cocoon makes significant improvements to their scheduling and internal communication, I cannot recommend them. I genuinely hope the end result of the work holds up over time, but the experience getting there was unnecessarily stressful.

Another seamless experience with Candace from the getgo..high efficiency and timeliness of her proposal, next to scheduling of my projects, and the highest expectations of The team delivering a superior quality of implementation, execution and product delivery for completion. And, the Team leaders text messages back to me to make sure I am happy with their product and service delivery. A Phenomenal Company that delivers above and beyond with certainty and near perfection. I have worked with the Green Cocoon crew for several years now. Always a positive experience - they have been acommodating with scheduling, and the install crews are careful, professional and leave the jobsite clean.

The green cocoon sprayed my 850 sq ft addition, ceiling and walls. They did a great job prepping the site spraying and clean up, I wasn’t ready for the crawl space spray foam at the same time so they came back at my convenience. It was a five ft wall with rim joist and a finished concrete floor. The finished job looked like a stucco finish, no over spray and clean line on the floor. I’ve used them for ten years now and from day one until now they continue to perform at a professional level.

My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received having our 1790's Farmhouse insulated. Jim and Candace were wonderful to work with and communication was seamless. Two walls of our home were found to be uninsulated once everything was opened up and that was in November. The Green Cocoon squeezed us in so that our contractor could finish the siding. They returned to finish the whole house insulation as scheduled. The job was done quickly, neatly, and we were back in our house within two days. Thank you to everyone involved! We highly recommend the Green Cocoon for your insulation needs! Cathy - Concord, NH

Very responsive and professional! Installation Technicians are thorough and ensure all technical and physical aspects are covered. Been my go to for over a decade!

The Green Cocoon just completed insulating my second full gut/renovation project. Their staff are very professional, knowledgeable in building codes/compliance and are very responsive to providing timely, accurate and complete documentation required. I plan to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them for projects large and small.

These guys are great! They have been my only insulation company for almost 20 years. Through all these years, they have kept up with all the changes in the industry (code and environmental) and have made it a delight work with them. I will only be calling them for anything insulation.

The job had 3 Parts described as insulating the cellar from the sill to below the soil line, insulating the bottom side of a small floor, and insulating the attic. Also, insulation was removed from the attic, and the cellar walls were painted. All parts of the work requested were completed with care, and the outcome includes sound dampening, reduced vibration, less drafts, and the end of spiders, bats, and mice getting into the house.

I've been in the trades and facilities management for decades. The Green Cocoon, LLC unequivocally receives my wholehearted endorsement for insulation projects. Their professionalism, timely communications, fair pricing, careful respect of property, and thorough execution of exemplary work sets the standard.

I had insulation blown in. They did a good job for a reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever, I would definitely recommend them.

The Green cocoon responded to my request fir quote quickly. The team showed up ready to work and covered everything with plastic to protect it from overspray. They did a great job with the foam working with me on the spot to make adjustments as they went. The only issue was with the paint sprayer not working to cover the spray foam with the required intumescent paint. It was unfortunate but the operations manager worked with me to get it all figured out and they accommodated my schedule quickly. Would recommend these folks for your next spray for job!
