I would give The Hardwood Guys the highest rating possible! My job ended up being pretty complex, but they were polite, professional, highly skilled and did an overall exceptional job at a more than reasonable rate. I called when a contractor cancelled on me at the last minute. I live in a two story townhome and needed to replace flooring due to a water damage incident. I had already purchased the flooring and was trying to finish the project before my teenaged daughter returned from an out of town visit. I was pretty distressed but David came out to my home the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was able to get started right away; even when it was found that the upstairs subfloor needed a lot of repairs, to ensure the quality of the floors/installation, the crew worked tirelessly to get it done as quickly as possible and within the original estimate, plus some minor additional material costs. They cleaned up at the end of every day and in the end left my home spotless. Thank you David, Bruno and all the crew at The Hardwood Guys!

David and his team were fantastic. The project was a breeze from start to finish. They finished the project on time (even though we had some storms - took out power) with improvisation on their part so when we returned from out of town it was completed. There was even a part that I forgot to mention and they completed the staining perfectly. I felt as though we were in great hands and they did not disappoint. He listened, took all my issues into consideration and we came home to a fantastic floor!

I have already referred this company to several friends and family. This was the best experience I have had with a service professional. They were courteous, understanding, not pushy at all, but responded within minutes when I had a question. Our hardwood floors were in terrible condition and my expectations were surpassed. We put in new floors and refinished old floors. There is barely any clean up from dust and they worked with us to make this as easy as possible for us with an infant. I would hire them over and over again.
