The entire experience was defined by arrogance, incompetence, and shockingly poor workmanship disguised behind premium pricing. The owner and staff treated legitimate concerns with hostility and disrespect rather than professionalism, and any attempt to question the quality of the work was met with excuses, blame-shifting, and additional charges to “fix” their own mistakes. The workmanship itself was consistently substandard. Projects had to be redone multiple times due to careless execution, lack of oversight, and blatant attention-to-detail failures that never should have happened in the first place. Despite charging exorbitant management fees, the project managers provided virtually no meaningful supervision or quality control. The result was an endless cycle of errors, delays, and costly rework that could have been avoided with even basic competence. What is most astonishing is the disconnect between the prices charged and the caliber of work delivered. You pay luxury-level rates and receive bargain-basement craftsmanship. The contractors they employ are unprofessional, careless, and seemingly unconcerned with the condition of your home. Cleanliness, organization, and respect for the homeowner were nonexistent throughout the renovation process. This company markets itself as a premium builder, but the reality is chaotic project management, inflated invoices, and deeply disappointing workmanship. Save yourself the stress, expense, and regret and look elsewhere.
