Classic Design Construction Ltd. did a complete bathroom renovation from the demolition to the final product. This included moving all the plumbing (toilet, vanity and bathtub), installing a pocket door (which required installation of a support beam), a new window, air tub, and all the electrical that goes into a total bathroom renovation. Robert Furtak, the owner and general contractor, did an amazing job. His expertise in the construction industry resulted in a final product that I was proud to show my family and friends. I would highly recommend Rob and Classic Design Construction Ltd. for any major or minor home renovation. I have referred him on numerous occasions and have done so without hesitation!

We have used Classic Design Construction for a number of projects to renovate our home over the last 10 years. We started off renovating the top floor of our house and picked Classic Design Construction as a result of references and because Rob had some great ideas to make the overall design better than we had thought, while still meeting our budget. The work involved updating poorly insulated and tired looking 1960's style rooms with 70's carpeting to a modern, elegant looking space highlighted by beautifully finished oak flooring and moldings. We were so happy with the work we decided to renovate another room on our main floor and just this past year we had our complete basement renovated and basically left it to Rob at Classic Design to hit it out of the park with a set budget, and he did exactly that. For any future renovation we would use Classic Design Construction as the work performed is high quality. They show up when they say they will and are very professional. We found to our great relief that Robert (who is the primary person in charge of Classic Design Construction) has an extraordinary level of skill in all aspects of renovation works (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, earth moving, walls, flooring, paving, roofing, etc..), resourcefulness, experience of construction, design, cost options and materials. More than this, he has gone out of his way often to help us in times of urgency and has demonstrated integrity in terms of time and project management, cost savings, working well to required codes.
