Ronda Royalty

Ronda Royalty redesigned my kitchen in the existing footprint and I now have almost twice as much work and storage space! Ronda guided me through the entire process. She translated my goals into a new design, assisted in selecting cabinets and finishes; advised on the purchase of all new appliances, and worked closely with contractor Scott Boros of Scott's Home Improvement. Scott and his team were on-time, professional, courteous, tidy and perfectionists! The project was completed on time. Working with Ronda and Scott was a very pleasant experience beginning to end.

Just a short note to share my thanks after the completion of the third project performed by Stuart Kitchens for me. The first two (designing a kitchen in a new home my husband and I built in Mclean, a redesign of kitchen island in a condo we moved to in Mclean about five years ago and the recent total renovation of the same kitchen after my husband’s death this past year). Ronda, as you must well know, is a pleasure to work with. Clearly the best testimonial of her work is that I returned to her for a second and a third project. The process of renovating my kitchen was as smooth as I could have hoped for. Communication with Ronda and “her” staff were easy and the schedule was completed when she had estimated! My totally renovated kitchen has recently been completed and I couldn't be more thrilled. The cabinets are perfect and the Silestone counter tops and tile work are absolutely beautiful; and all fit so well into the plan that Ronda designed. I wanted to write to tell you how fortunate I feel to have been able to work with Ronda once again. She is truly an asset to Stuart Kitchens.

This project started out with a tough position. A burst pipe above the kitchen necessitated a complete replacement of the kitchen. My wife and I were away from the property on travel and knew we would need to rely on competent help and guidance for most of the work. Stuart Kitchens and Ronda Royalty was selected to do the work. Since we were not due back into McLean until the July timeframe, we all knew that communications amongst us was the key to success. Ronda delivered!! We were able to get most of the design and selections done before we were on site which made the scheduling, ordering and construction so much easier. Ronda's idea was to make the replacement a better end product and she delivered! She was able to make small changes to the original layout that made the new kitchen not only brighter and more open, but more effective and efficient as well. The "new" kitchen has exceeded, by far, our expectations.

Ronda assisted us with a complete renovation of our kitchen. She listened to our needs and what we wanted and worked with us to achieve a very functional and attractive kitchen.

Ronda was a delight from the get go. I met with her initially about a new build just to see if what i was looking for would fit into our budget. She took so much time with me. That project did not work out for us, but just a few months later something that was a better fit came up. I then met with Ronda again to tweak our original design. She suggested so many things i had never thought of, that i use every single day in my home. It was very seamless communication and understanding between Ronda the builder and us. She came to the site several times. The install went very smoothly, and the product is beautiful. She is so knowledgeable and so lovely. This is a person that goes above and beyond in communication and customer satisfaction.

We had an excellent experience with Stuart Kitchens. We combined two apartments in an older building. We had many obstacles to overcome. Ronda ‘s design was a lifesaver. Everything fit perfectly!!! The installers were perfectionists!!! Even the delivery guys were amazing.. they had to get everything up safely to the 5th floor.. The kitchen makes the apartment... we are so happy ... For numerous reasons I wasn’t able to start the project until late 2007 early 2008, but by that time the project had grown into a total remodeling of the kitchen, powder room, master bath, two guest bathrooms and partial remodeling of one guest bathroom. Over the course of the two plus years prior to starting the project, Ronda prepared several updates to the plans to ensure that we would be able to work within my budgetary limitations. Once the project started, Ronda’s attention to detail and her follow-up was outstanding. Her knowledge of all the product lines, keen eye for space and design, positive attitude, creativity and professionalism made for a very positive and successful home remodeling project. I hired Ronda Royalty from Stuart Kitchens to help me design a new kitchen. I had never done a renovation and was hopeful of finding someone who would come up with a good design, provide helpful information and hold my hand throughout! I find that person in Ronda. Ronda asked the right questions to find out how my kitchen was used before coming up with a design, tactfully suggested new ideas or changes and pointed me in the right direction for things I was doing on my own. Her experience and knowledge allowed me to trust her completely. The installation was done by my contractor and Ronda worked well with him to make sure everything was just right. The end result is a beautiful kitchen which works so well for the way my family lives life. I highly recommend her.

I retained the services of Stuart Kitchen and designer Rhonda Royalty mainly to redesign and update my kitchen and a bathroom. All specialists selected by the company were highly professional, both in terms of their skills and ethics. I ended up having the firm do some work on all four levels of the house. Rhonda was most receptive to my needs and made a great effort to deliver expected results. The project was handled in an efficient and timely manner. Cost overruns were few and within reason. The job was finished on time — which in itself is almost unheard of. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Stuart Kitchen and Rhonda Royalty, and will readily recommend the company and its designer to anyone who wants to have quality work performed with minimum possible hassle and on time.
