I engaged The Scientist to renovate my 3-bedroom condominium unit. It was a major renovation project which included hacking and reconstruction of spaces. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and service rendered throughout the process. The designers had numerous discussions with me and my husband to fully understand our preferences. On top of this, they value-added by including a more practical perspective to our preference and yet keeping the look and feel that we liked. They did not use technical difficulties to dismiss any of our suggestions Most importantly, their professionalism and the very good understanding of their customer's needs led to an elegant and cozy house that I am most proud of.

Alvin Ling is a very sincere person. He seeks to understand his client's need and want before his recommendation. This is our 2nd project with him! He encourages us to be daring and go for what we love! From stranger become friends! Definitely, someone, we can trust!

We got 6 quotes from 6 different ID companies but we chose The Scientist as we could feel their passion even in our initial conversations with them. Though the quote was higher than the others, we felt it was money well spent. Right from conceptualizing the design of our future home to the final stage of styling the different parts of the house, the designers tirelessly worked with us, giving us feedback and suggestions. After the handover, Scientist continues to engage us to find out if any parts of the house needs further touch up. Thank you Scientist for helping us fulfill the vision of our dream home.

We shortlisted and met up with a few ID firms when we started on our journey to renovate our new house. We decided to go with The Scientist eventually as we felt that they have the X-factor and offer unique design solutions which were really different from other IDs. Rather than providing cookie-cutter designs, they took the time out to understand us as individuals and cater to our specific needs and requirements. They were also able to amalgamate different contrasting design ideas that my partner and I like to something that we both love. We also find the designers very personable and easy to work with; to the point that we actually look forward to meeting up with them each time to discuss exciting ideas for our house. Throughout the entire process, we felt that we were in good hands and are awed by the vast knowledge they have. The designers were also able to combine aesthetics with form, coming up with designs and solutions that are not only picturesque but also functional. We are so glad that we chose them because the whole renovation journey was such a breeze, with everything meticulously planned from start to finish. The deadline was even met earlier than scheduled! Many friends who came to our house also commented on the good workmanship. Hearing many horror stories from our friends who went through their own renovation journey, we are so glad that we have found a gem in The Scientist. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend The Scientist to anyone who is looking to renovate their dream home.

Our Interior Designers, Alvin and Pei Zhen did an excellent job for us. They are responsible and their professionalism made our lives so much easier. We hardly need to visit the site because they provide timely updates and progress of the renovation. Any issue (big or small) was handled promptly by them and even after we moved in, teething issues were also settled quickly. Joanne from Marketing is also helpful and friendly. I highly recommend The Scientist to anyone looking to hire a designer to beautify their home!
