Less than 1 star. Size of plants extremely small, and 2x the cost at local nursery. After 3 months still waiting on final plant. No active customer service , I had to constantly call and write, asking where order was. STOP ADVERTISING. If you are too busy, get off online ordering. I was taken in by the ads on line big mistake. They still have updated on final plant or money back.

I have just received my dwarf cherry laurel and am extremely disappointed. I ordered a 7 gallon pot size when I opened the box which was almost 6 feet tall I found an 18 inch plant in a 7 gallon pot much much smaller than I expected to receive. Why a plant this size is in a 7 gallon pot is beyond me I can guarantee you I will never order anything from the tree company again before I place the order I received an email that the height is usually between two and three feet this is nowhere near what I ordered after reviewing their return policy I have decided not to waste anymore time and cash to return to possibly receive a store credit as opposed to an actual refund also shipping is not refundable from them to me or from me to them be careful when you order from this company

Not a good experience at all. Bushes showed up crammed in a box and looked nothing like pics on web site. Two showed up several days later than the rest and looked half dead. Tried to revive but died several months later. They would not warranty.

I ordered from this company about a month ago. My order was 3 plants of the same variety to plant in front of my house. They sent me 2 of the same variety, and then one odd man out which is a completely different variety. I have emailed them several times, and am trying to find a way to get in contact with them. There is no way to leave a real review on their website because they hire a 3rd party review site (approved reviews) to only show 4 and 5 star reviews. I was tricked by this because reading all of their reviews on the website made me purchase from them. My mistake. I won't be making it again!

Absolutely amazing ! We couldn't find a single plant / landscaping place around us that had dwarf globe blue spruce trees in stock. Several could get them for $200-300. We were worried about shipping, but took a chance. The Tree Center had them for less than half that cost, they were delivered via FedEx in 3 days and they are WONDERFUL!! Perfectly packaged and in fantastic condition these trees look great in our landscaping. Thank you The Tree Center.

Web site is great for making selections and placing order. Trees arrived quickly and packed very well. Bought a Baby Blue Spruce and a Red Delicious Apple.

Wow! This is the first time I have dared buy a tree online and I was very nervous about what I would receive. The trees that showed up went above and beyond my expectations. I shopped my local nursery first and must say that the Japanese Maples from The Tree Center are 10 times what I saw at my local nursery. I highly recommend and will order again with 100% confidence. Fast shipping, easy transaction but best of all, great plants!!!
