The Window Factory

two years ago my husband and renovated parts of our home and we did not get to our window and door project for budget and planning reasons. since then the heat was unbearable. we don't really understand alot about windows in general, so we began to interview multiple companies, some local to Chatsworth and some were from other areas. We ultimately wanted someone that is close and The Window Factory had a beautiful showroom to visit in Simi Valley and they have done many homes in Porter ranch and Northridge as well. It was hands down one of the easiest projects we had done to our home with the installation portion taking 1 day and now our rooms are enhanced visually and instantly we feel less heat. Any questions we had they answered, the customer service was excellent. The pictures don't do enough to showcase the beauty, the rooms are incredible..

We just want to thank James, Francisco and Steven for the good job they did at our home. The home was built in 1903 and considered historic. We were concerned about finding the right company to come in and properly fix the issues with the windows in this home. The windows that we purchased look so beautiful and the installation was quicker than we anticipated. Best wishes

After 3 years since our initial purchase James has helped us with the second stage. completely happy at how everything came out with both projects. in total we needed to replace six windows and two sliding patio doors.

Fransisco came on time and did a great job installing a new sliding door. Our project manager was very responsive to all my requests.

knowledgeable, insightful and thoughtful with reminders and keeping information about the project consistent. i have a busy day to day life, but my fear was having so many windows I thought it would be a hard project…1 day completed with a 3 man crew.

contacted this local company for dual pane windows. I had roughly 10 in my first stage then 7 during the second stage the following year along with 3 sliding doors. I am happy with the overall outcome, it’s quieter and cooler. The temperature difference between downstairs and upstairs has improved. Chase and logan at the office were very responsive.
