I needed an instant roof inspection after a hurricane storm had blown over my area. I had to assess the roof damage and even file a claim with the insurance company. I am grateful to Thompson Roofing for helping me out considerably. They inspected the roof professionally and prepared a detailed report that allowed me to file the claims with the roof insurance service provider. They also did the necessary repairs and I could not have been happier.

I am very happy with the work done by Thompson Roofing and I especially appreciate Jack and his crew as my experience in their hands was professionally amazing. I had requested estimates from four different roofing companies for my re-roofing project and they were the first to respond, and confidently offered the specific products I was looking for and quote was very competitive. The job included removing 3 layers of existing shingles, cutting and installing ridge and drip vents, underlayment and shingles, and final clean-up. The job was completed as we had scheduled and the yard around the house was left clean without any debris as how they arrived. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the result and would absolutely recommend Thompson Roofing and team.

I cannot say enough about Thompson Roofing and their crew. Adam came first with his crew to inspect the roof and do a proper plan for our roof replacement project. They explained and showed me the issues they found. They explained the actual work will be done after they have done the complete design. 2 days later, Adam came back with his crew to start of the tear off and replacement project. It was a beautiful day to do it. When came back from work, I expected to see your crew still be there and to see a mess from the project. But when I arrived at the house that evening there was no evidence - no debris - just a new shingle roof. I pulled out a ladder to check the roof myself. Sure enough, I saw the new shingles in place. I was surprised on how fast and how clean your crew were on this project. I just finished insulating, dry-walling and mudding in this room. It would have been disastrous if the roof leaked. I like how tight the flashings are between the addition’s roof and the house. It is so much better. The valley looks better, too. Again, I cannot say enough praise about Adam and his crew.

A few months ago I was referred by a relative about Thompson Roofing. They had done their solar panels a few months prior to mine and when I heard that they had programs to make that happen for people like me....I couldn't believe it. I was very skeptical because I knew nothings about solar panels, besides needing some part of my roof replaced. I have been in this home for almost 12 years. This was my first time engaging in home renovations. I was very protective of it because it was just me and my cats in the home. Once we finished with the consultations, Dan and his crew came up with the designs and were on the job. First, I had the right wing of my roof replaced, starting from tearing off the solid decking and felt underlayment and complete replacement up to the shingles. Afterwards, they setup and installed the solar panels as per the guidelines. It's been 2 months since the completion of the project and I have to say that I am thankful for Thompson Roofing, and Dan and the team who helped me along the way. There was never a moment I felt worried and I was always given follow ups daily. I have never been so attended to in my life! Thank you Thompson Roofing.

All of which gave them high marks as per my score sheet. Just working with Mike and the installation team I saw why so many people gave such good reviews. My experience from beginning to end was great! I was impressed with the communication from all team members throughout the process. Each crew was courteous and respectful of my property and of my neighbors. We were very pleased with their courteous behavior, and the care they took with our landscape. I cannot say enough about what a GREAT job Adam and Thompson Roofing did for me. I had significant damage after a pounding hail storm. Adam did a thorough inspection of my home, had my cracked skylights securely covered it. He fought tirelessly until he had everything repair or replacement. Once everything was approved, it took more days for everything to be taken care of - new roof, screens repaired, new skylights, all new gutters. I am still amazed at how excellent they were. Each crew did a quick and professional job. Adam was on site to ensure that it was all being done to the very highest standards. I heartily recommend Thompson Roofing.

David was the lead on our project, and he exemplified excellent professionalism from moment one at the insurance adjusters inspection all the way through project completion. He also kept us updated on when each project would be started and finished. We had the roof replaced, gutters replaced, fence repaired and re-stained, garage door replaced and the garage interior repaired and repainted. I was most impressed when he was able to get our roof replaced in one day. This was truly appreciated! Everyone at Thompson Roofing was friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question, they were able to explain and assist in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend David and this company. Hands down, the best roofers we’ve ever worked with.

If you need a roofer for ANY reason, make Thompson Roofing your first call and you'll never have to call another roofer again. Jack and his team have done exemplary work on 2 houses for me. One house had several leaks. The tiles also happened to be discontinued. Rather than giving up, David and his team found solutions and made all the difficult repairs look effortless. The second house needed an entire new roof. Again, David and his team did amazing work and honored the original estimate given even after discovering additional damage beneath the surface.

We've used Ron and Thompson Roofing for a completely new roof. The fact that we've used them because the estimate process went smoothly. Our current home had some special issues such as a patio cover that was improperly tied into the roof. The patio cover had to go away. Ron the estimator offered some great options to resolve that issue. The scheduling process went smoothly. I had requested the roof be replaced the week of Thanksgiving when I had the week off from work. Sure enough, the crew showed up right on time Monday morning. Most of the work was completed in one day. They replaced the flashing around 3 skylights and no issues there as well! With so many fly-by-night roofing contractors out there, I can honestly say I would recommend Thompson Roofing. They made the process as easy as possible and their crew did a fantastic job on our new roof!

Nothing but professional and excellent JOB! My estimate from the insurance had several mistakes. David was happy to take the contact info and deal directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. He was able to get it all corrected for me hassle free. Especially since I had no idea the roofing terms, etc. The job was quick and the clean up was more than I expected. Then the inspector also went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect during and after the job was complete! Including switching out paint colors for our vent stacks that he thought would look better than what was sent with the materials. VERY HAPPY! It looks great and was painless.

I was very nervous about getting my roof replaced; I've never been through the process before but have bad experiences with other contractors. Thompson Roofing did a great job and made the whole process so easy. Jack explained everything very well so that I knew exactly what to expect. The crew was on time, finished the job quickly, and cleaned everything up when they left. And everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly. I ended up with a better quality shingle than I thought I would be able to get and my roof is beautiful. I hope I don't need a new roof again for a long time, but if I do I will definitely call Thompson Roofing.
