My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I was lucky to find a one-level house in Miles City, with no stairs, that met the needs of my aging mother after my father's passing. The house fit my criteria, but at 50 years old, and with much of it DIYed by the previous owner, it still needed work. Kevin was patient with me throughout the remodel, even though I lived out of town and had a specific vision. When a quick decision was needed, or when my vision didn't match reality, he used his best judgment and executed. It was an expensive project, but Kevin kept me in the loop the entire way, and, ironically, the final cost came in within 10% of his original estimate. Heather in the main office also had the patience of a saint with my requests, and she got me cabinetry and hardware that works great for the house. In the end, my mother is happy in her new home, and that's all I could ask for.
