From day one Keith communicated honestly with the estimate and timeline of our project which included a full kitchen remodel. His timeline was accurate and he communicated every step of the way. He was responsive to any question or concern. The team of professionals that work with Keith are extremely hard working, responsible, and talented. They were also hilarious and courteous which helps when you are spending a lot of time with them in your house. My husband and I are thrilled with the work Keith did in our kitchen and everyone who has seen the completed project been equally impressed. We cannot wait to begin our next project with Timberline!

Could not recommend Timberline highly enough. They renovated a bathroom for us. We were very apprehensive to have work done in our house for several weeks during covid. The team wore masks at all times & limited the number of people in the home. It made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. The work was tidy & they cleaned the area every day after finishing the work. They kept us informed and gave us advice and asked our opinions every step of the way. The process was so much smoother than we anticipated and the finished room looked better than we expected. The cost & timeline we received in advance remained accurate throughout. We would use Timberline again without hesitation and plan to with any additional projects that arise.

From the initial , detailed estimate proposal to the completion of my project, everything was done in a highly professional manner. Timberline even overcame mistakes made by my architect without any distress. The employees are polite and are highly skilled. The owner is a perfectionist , hands-on person. We hired Timberline First Construction to completely renovate our kitchen and master bath. We would hire them again in a heartbeat for these reasons: Project started and ended ON TIME. The final product was superb. Quality materials were used throughout, and there was great attention to detail to ensure a neat and polished look. The men were very professional and respectful. They honestly took pride in their work, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. I was very comfortable leaving them alone in my home - they were good, trustworthy people. Excellent communication. Keith let us know, step by step, what would happen and when. He was always happy to answer our questions via email or text, even if we reached out at night or over the weekend. When they found a couple of unexpected problems with our house, they fixed them at a very reasonable rate. Despite the additional work, they still finished the project ON TIME. Keith is clearly an expert regarding the construction aspects of the renovation and the best materials to use, but we were pleasantly surprised by his design skills. He was respectful of our design choices, but several times he politely questioned them and gave us his opinion. We usually ended up liking his suggestions better! A few months after the project ended, Keith contacted us to see if we were still happy with the renovation. We appreciated the follow-up! We told him we had a small leak in the shower door, but it was NOT his responsibility (we had used a separate shower door company). Keith came over anyway and fixed both the leak and the damage it had caused, FREE OF CHARGE. My husband has degrees in electrical engineering and architecture, and is therefore very knowledgeable about construction and houses. Every night he would come home and see the high quality of work done by Keith and his crew. My husband sets a high bar, and the Timberline crew met or exceeded it every day.

Keith and his team remodeled my kitchen and repainted my downstairs. The workmanship was impeccable. Keith was responsive, flexible to my scheduling and a pleasure to work with. I am now having him redo my bathrooms and will continue to use him for other projects.

Five Stars for Keith and the Timberline First Team. Our master bath renovation was beautifully executed every step of the way. Keith is a professional with a good eye but most importantly, a person who was terrific at solving any issues that came along during the project. When walls are opened up, there are sometimes surprises, but each challenge was met with great solutions and the project moved along seamlessly. All of the trades that Keith brought into our home were top notch. He is a perfectionist in the best way and takes great pride in the work done. Without hesitation, I would hire him again and again!

We did a 100% renovation of our kitchen - total gut and replacement with high end cabinetry, refurbished flooring, all new lighting, paint, and top-of-the-line appliances. This entailed using all trades and a number of various personnel. Keith oversaw every step demo to completion. Overall he did a phenomenal job! First and foremost, Keith is a great person. He really cared about this project and was great to work someone like that Especially in our case since we were absent through almost the entire project. Second, Keith employs only topnotch people who were very professional. In addition to being incredibly skilled at their various crafts, they were very nice and courteous when I was there. That mattered to me. Third, Keith personally oversaw every detail of our project. And I mean every detail. The outcome was flawless. How often does that happen on a big reno project? Fourth, Keith's pricing was very competitive. He delivered as promised and on budget. Overall, I would totally and unequivocally recommend Keith and Timberline First for any of your home contractor needs!!!

Timberline First renovated my kitchen and family room. I could not be happier! Keith is very responsive and hands on. The kitchen turned out beautifully. Family room looks great and front hall closet is amazing! Keith helped me with every detail from picking out paint colors, tile and backsplash. Everything was done well and check by Keith 3x. His crew is polite and easy to work with. I would recommend Timberlibe first to anyone doing a renovation.
