We hired Tim in late fall 2019. It was such an exciting experience! After interviewing other architects we knew Tim would be the best fit for our project. He is so professional and easy to work with. Every step of the way he offered great advise all while keeping our budget in mind. Our plans were approved on February 14, 2020 and we broke ground soon after. Thanks to Tim and his associates we had a quick turnaround for our dream home! We would highly recommend Tim and his associates!

We hired Tim in January of 2018 to create plans for our custom home build. After interviewing several other architects and builders, we immediately knew Tim was who we wanted to work with on the design of our home. He's professional, relatable, easy to work with, obviously knowledge about every stage of the building process, and did a great job of understanding and honoring our vision from the first meeting and throughout the process. We brought in examples of designs that we liked and provided written details about what features we liked from the designs and Tim (and his associate, Matt) took our ideas and created what we had been dreaming about. With a few tweaks along the way, we finalized the design in May of 2018. We've been impressed with Tim and his team and have thoroughly enjoyed working with them. We're happy to recommend Tim and his team to friends and family and will continue to do so for years to come.

Tim designed a one-story home for me in 2017. I had a rough floor plan in mind but he designed it into a reality. I’m thrilled with the result. I really enjoyed working with Tim. He has great ideas but listens really well to what the client wants. His pricing structure was very reasonable and I still got all the attention my job needed. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.

We worked with Tim Hollerbach Designs, LLC, to design our potential home. We are currently in the bidding process on our plans. However, Tim Hollerbach has been very patient, respectful, and willing to provide his professional guidance throughout the design. Tim did an excellent job of taking our vision and ideas and making them into a house design that not only fit our needs, but our property, neighborhood and budget. When we started this project we had a plan that we found on the internet. However it didn't fit our budget and we knew we were going to make changes as we had our home drawn up. Tim's way of doing business fit our needs perfectly. He had a multi-stage process already setup so that way changes could be made without having to charge us for them, everything was very clear and up front. He met with us to get the general layout, looks, and budget that we were going after and the rest is history. The process was very smooth and quick. He did a very good job listening to us and giving us input in order to get what we wanted. I will highly recommend Tim to anyone I talk to about drafting.

Tim did an excellent job designing our home. We took a set of plans that we liked online and modified them here and there. What Tim came up with was much better than the original! He was easy to work with, very thorough, and very detail oriented. He even went above and beyond to include the model numbers of our pre-selected Marvin windows on the plans. I would recommend him to anyone building a custom home!

Tim did the plans/blueprints for our 3500 sq ft, 2 story home, and we couldn't be more pleased. He worked with us to make sure all the features we wanted were incorporated into the plans and showed infinite patience and professionalism with our questions and plan changes. I can't count the number of compliments we've received over the years on our home design, especially the open floor plan. A few years after our home was built, Tim consulted on our plans to put an office above the garage. He provided us with all the logistics with changing the existing trusses, adding floor support, and attaching the space to the house. He even stopped by the house to get a personal look at the existing structure and give us the best plan for the project. Tim provides a fair and reasonable cost, utmost professionalism, and much appreciated flexibility in working with individuals looking to build their own home or change an existing structure. We love our house and our above-garage office, and we wouldn't consider using any other architect for our future building/remodeling plans.
