Tim Lawlor Construction

We have use Tim and the Lawlor Construction team on several projects and have never been anything but happy. They are professional, courteous, punctual and the work is of excellent quality. I can't recommend them enough.

Tim Lawlor Construction built a custom workshop/outbuilding for me that matched the post modern (LEichler) design of our home. TLC proved superior in al phases of our project. Was pleased with the in house design work that was provided. The crew was a pleasure to talk to and have around. They cleaned up after themselves and kept the peace with our neighbors. I would say the completed product surpassed my expectation.

We worked with a designer to renovate our master bath and closet. She suggested using Tim Lawlor Construction since she had worked with them before and we are really glad we did. Even though Tim is in the East Bay and we are on the Peninsula, the two crew members who did all the work, Mark and Josh were ALWAYS here on time and stayed a full 8 hours. Both very professional and friendly and did great work. Cleaned up every evening before leaving for the day. We have had work done in the past and it seems like with a lot of other contractors when there are days when they had to wait for the electrician or plumber to come, they would go work on other jobs. It feels like no work is getting done. But with Tim, the guys would be working away and would work alongside the other subs that had to come in to do things they couldn't. Because of this, our project didn't run way over the scheduled time. And what actually delayed us just a day or two was the ever present "uh oh" discovery that every remodeling job has that you don't anticipate. In this case it was some old leaky pipes that needed replacing which they took care of easily. I highly recommend Tim Lawlor Construction for your building or remodeling needs.
