She really worked hard to keep our projects on schedule and in line with the overall design concept by communicating clearly to us and our contractors throughout each phase of the design and build process. Her attention to detail is truly unmatched. Tina saved us so much time by applying her exquisite and intuitive design skills to our projects. We could not have imagined how beautiful our home would look when we started the renovations. We are thrilled with the results and will continue to work with Tina on all of our future projects. I brought Tina into what was basically an impossible situation; to help renovate and re-design my newly purchased home that was damaged by flooding before I even had a chance to move in. Our first meeting was in a house with no walls, floors, ceilings, or electricity and somehow Tina could still envision a plan for a classically styled home with some modern touches. As someone who has never worked with a designer before, it has been an eye-opening experience working with Tina. She has shown me many options that I would never have found if I was looking myself, all while being respectful of the budget set by my insurance company. Over our time working together she has dialed in to my style and now every option she presents is well suited to me and my home. I never even saw my kitchen cabinet pulls in person before purchasing them and still they turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Tina also meets with the subcontractors on my project and I have total confidence that she will get the job done right. My neighbors stop in front of my house and tell me how much they like the paint colors on my small ranch house. I asked Tina Dann-Renwick to help me select appropriate colors for the exterior of my house. I wanted a certain look with a "Wow" factor but not one too loud and ostentatious. She arrived with several books of colors--far more colors than I'd seen at the Benjamin Moore shop. We worked thorough a number of schemes and settled on a pale gray-blue body color, a darker, almost-Navy trim color, white window mullions and a bright cheery red door. A pretty simple combination until you start working through all the color variations. She ordered 8" x 11" color proofs to make sure we liked the colors. Her choices were spot on. I've had 5 neighbors compliment me on the house colors. One says she will ask me for the paint colors in the spring. Tina also helped design our new Great Room at my church, the First Presbyterian Church in Lake Forest. A far larger project than selecting paint colors for my house. She did a remarkable job there, advising a large group on the design committee--not an easy task. I'm very pleased with her color selections and advice.

Tina was wonderful to work with! So good at incorporating all of our feedback, likes, dislikes, and practical needs into finding fabrics, furniture styles, etc. She designed a gorgeous new fireplace for us, along with finding furniture, drapery, and other items that give our home the cheerful, relaxing, yet pulled-together vibe we really wanted. Tina has a great eye for patterns and color, and she also helped us honor the historic architecture of our house while updating things in a fresh, fun way. We appreciate that she also helped us solve myriad practical issues, like how to block light in some places and embrace it in others, how to find couch fabrics our cat wouldn't immediately sink his eager claws into, and finding a comfy way to watch TV as a family. Our redesigned living room is not just beautiful but also practical.

Tina was a wonderful collaborator and did an excellent job translating our eclectic taste from pinterest boards to reality. Our home is unique, comfortable, family friendly and a reflection of our personalities. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for interior design assistance, big or small.

In a word, Tina is fabulous! She has great style and a keen eye for coordinating all types of furnishing, fabrics, rugs/carpets and lighting, whether the look is casual or sophisticated, traditional or modern. Tina seamlessly matches design with client preferences thanks to her ability to really listen to her clients regarding the mood, style and character they seek. She also has numerable connections to a variety of top design shops as well as to skilled tradesmen such as carpenters, painters, tilers, and electricians. I could not imagine undertaking my large scale renovation without her. As I said from the outset, Tina is fabulous and I highly recommend her.

My husband and I moved from an apartment in Chicago to a house in the suburbs and Tina helped to integrate all of our current furniture with new pieces as needed. We repainted every room in the house and she was a huge help in picking colors. My goal was to make the house as cozy and comfortable as possible, and the results are perfect. Most importantly, two of our bedrooms are for our grandchildren and Tina's suggestions and choices were brilliant and so much fun! The boys room incorporates their favorite colors, as does our granddaughter's room. The best part was that Tina worked with our granddaughter to make sure she loved the finished product. And she does!

It has been a great experience to work with Tina. I felt she truly listened to me and understood what I liked and did not like. She transformed parts of my house while incorporating the pieces I did not want to part with. She is also excellent with colors.

Working with Tina was a wonderful experience. She is not afraid of color and pattern, which were essential to the project that we worked on together! Tina is great with furniture scale and style, and she was able to complement the architecture of the space with all of her selections. Her ability to pull everything together was evident in the success of the project!

Over the past several months, Tina has transformed the living spaces on our first floor after I asked her to help us create a home. I am thrilled with the result because she delivered what we asked for—a retreat from the outside world designed in accordance with our personalities. We had a few pieces of furniture, a rug, and a set of curtains that I did not want to part with. Tina incorporated these items into the final design and did a wonderful job of creating a cohesive look throughout our first floor. At first, I was a bit nervous about the process and making the right choices, but Tina took the time to understand our taste and presented beautiful furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, rugs and accessories. She also designed stunning window treatments and cabinets around our fireplace. Tina was responsive and very detail oriented, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to Tina, we now love to spend time in our new rooms and receive many compliments.
