T.L. Jackson Construction

We had a great experience working with TL Jackson on the construction of our Lake Home. We really enjoyed working with their entire team on the design and construction of our home. They were patient and helpful with bringing our ideas to life and were right on schedule with the entire process. Their communication and follow up was fantastic. We are very happy with the end result. It is a beautiful, quality built home!

We are extremely happy with T. L. Jackson Construction. They designed our lake home which turned out much better than I ever imagined. The engineer took our requests and went far beyond what we expected. Not only in design, but in functionality and efficiency with the equipment. Everyone in the office and their workers were very efficient and were always our advocate when we had questions or situations that did arise. A couple things that did not initially meet our expectations were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Brad Jackson's knowledge, experience and attitude was very thorough and professional. He truly knows this business. Mostly we used their subcontractors, but when we wanted to use our own cabinet maker they were very happy to work with him. We were a little surprised that a couple things were charged extra to us, but we have never built a home before. We didn't realize that we would be paying for the utilities while it was being built and some cement work. When it was time to "settle up" at the end I was hoping to be under cost, but we were over and they did work with us. They had a very detailed contract and it might have been in there and we didn't see it or they might have mentioned it. The follow through after completion is excellent. Later this summer we will have our final walk-though. We worked with Brad and his staff for so long, and I miss talking to them because we really did feel like they were our friends. I wish I knew how to attach a photo to show everyone that reads this how beautiful our home is!!!

We had a fun time with the design and build of our home. TL Jackson had a great staff to work with us. The subs Jackson uses are very good and willing to work with us. We had asked for our home to be completed for a New Year's party and we moved in December 27th. We always have nice comments on our new home from everyone we meet.

My wife and myself would like to recommend TL. Jackson as a home builder and remodeler. The team at T.L. built our dream home on Lake Wawasee. Every step of the way, they were proficient and compassionate even though our credulousness made it difficult at times, I’m sure. Professionally, they are skilled and highly experienced. Personally, they have proven to be of the highest character. My family will forever be grateful to the team at TL Jackson; forever proud we have a T.L. Jackson home. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. In fact, I did.
