We don't have enough words to express how incredible this sweet lady was through the entire home buying process. Katie is extremely knowledgable about the area, comps, and the things that add or take away from the value of a home. Due to the fact that we were so incredibly busy with work and family emergencies during our entire buying process, Katie extended herself numerous times to help pick up the slack when we needed it.
