I first met Ty and the TOC team while I was visiting a property undergoing a complete renovation. I was most impressed by the attention to every detail that went into their work. At that time, I decided to hire Ty and the TOC team to do several renovations in my home. They always arrive on time, neat and well prepared to do an excellent job every time! Ty will provide trendy ideas and techniques and work meticulously to give your homes new look you will love. I always refer Ty and the TOC team to everyone who is considering a renovation as well as investors who want a total rehab. TOC Kitchen, Bath and Interiors were hired to remove flooring in 3 bedrooms, and to replace molding/ interior doors throughout the house and create a walk-through between the kitchen and living rooms. We were pleased with the quality of work and professionalism exhibited by Tyce and his team. They were low-key, no pressure, and provided great suggestions when asked for their professional opinion. We appreciated their timeliness (on the job before 8:00 am and out by 3:00 pm) unlike our previous experiences with other contractors. They were helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Throughout the project they made us feel as if we were their only job, although we were aware that they had other jobs ongoing at the same time. In addition, during this time we had another company working in our kitchen for mold remediation and rebuild. Three existing cabinets and a wall had to be removed as part of the remediation effort. With a great amount of reluctance and apprehension we okayed the remediation as we had only recently installed a countertop. Unfortunately, the counter top we so desperately wanted saved was broken during the remediation effort. We chose not to continue with this company but to have Tyce take responsibility for the rebuild. TOC Kitchen, Bath and Interiors were there to save the day. The project ended up being a full kitchen remodel between the week before Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Tyce and his team shouldered the challenge and delivered on time (2 days before Christmas) a beautiful new kitchen despite several challenges with wiring, plumbing, fabrication of a new granite slab, and the replacement of all existing cabinets. He worked with and around other engaged contractors seamlessly. We were impressed with Tyce’s coordination and project management skills, quality of his work, professionalism, and people skills. Because it was an emergency, we did not have time for planning or coming up with a design for the kitchen. Tyce took the measurements and before we knew it, he had someone out to take measurements, ordered the cabinets, and made arrangements for the counter fabrication, all within our budget. The greatest testimony for TOC Kitchen, Bath, and Interiors was that my husband was impressed and loved his work. He stated that we were going to rename the residence as “the house that Tyce rebuilt”. Tyce and team, thanks for jobs well done! We look forward to the next project.

TOC Kitchen, Bath and Interiors were hired for our master bathroom renovation. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, they also left everything clean at the end of the day and they were always on time. Tyce said two weeks to complete the job and it was done within that time frame. When it is time for our next home renovation I would definitely use TOC Kitchen, Bath and Interiors again.
