Todd Arenson Construction

Todd did a major renovation of our condo in Deer Valley soon after we purchased it. While we were living in Atlanta during the construction process, he kept in touch every step of the way and provided pictures of the progress. We found him to be professional, thoughtful, honest, creative, and well priced. As an interior designer, I work with builders on a regular basis, and he is in my opinion an exceptional one. We had one small issue with squeaky floors about six months after the work was done, and he fixed them immediately. I would not hesitate to hire him again!

I have worked with Todd Arenson for many years, where I have either referred him to clients because of his expertise or sold houses that he has built. He is phenomenal and has an eye that is ahead of its time. He works well within a set budget and is incredible with bringing an idea to fruition. Not only is he extremely thoughtful, but he is very easy to get along with. If you hire Todd, you will certainly not be disappointed.

Todd Arenson completed an interior remodel on our "dated-looking" home. The initial project plan was to update the finishes by eliminating built-ins, changing out all light fixtures, hardware, plumbing, bathroom mirrors,and kitchen island countertop. As we moved forward - the project expanded and we ended up redoing hardwood floors, changing carpeted stairs to hardwood, removing the older stone fireplace and redesigning and repositioning it with a new one. Also, removed all of the old backsplashes and kitchen counters and replaced with new Silestone. Todd has a great vision - it's difficult to take a very traditional home that had a "Tuscan" feel and transition it to a more updated look. He knows how to do this by incorporating natural and industrial elements into the design - updating without tearing down. Todd was great to work with - calm and thoughtful throughout. He has a good group of subs that are very loyal to him and stay on the project in a timely way.

I have worked with Todd on several projects. He is easy to work with and always has a great attitude. He works hard on maintaining budgets and is organized. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and cares about the end result. He works with great sub-contractors/trades who all do excellent work and work over-time to meet deadlines. Todd is always willing to go the extra mile and help out in anyway.

Todd has helped us with two jobs to date. We have been very happy with his work. In our personal home he helped us update the spaces of 25 year old Park City, Utah spaces. Steel staircase, entry touches and general trim out. On a spec home in the Historic District, Todd helped us with all design responsibilities and finishes. I can say that the reason the home sold was because of Todd's design, sourcing eye for practical detail! I highly recommend him. He has just completed a personal project in the Glenwild golf community here in Park City that is available for sale. A must see!

As a solar and electrical contractor, I have worked with Todd Arenson Construction on numerous projects and consider his quality of work and level of professionalism to be top notch. I would highly recommend Todd Arenson to anyone who is considering a new build or remodel project.

Todd is a fantastic builder/job manager/general contractor. He has the unique ability to understand what his clients want/like and offers a tremendous eye for design. With Todd, we were able to avoid hiring a designer and just worked directly with him to come up with the home we love. We also had a strict budget that we needed to adhere to. Todd gave us monthly updates and would guide us to make choices to help keep us within that budget. Finally, Todd has the knack of keeping a cool head no matter what adversity the project or his clients throw at him. To me, this is his greatest strength. We loved working with him!

Todd served as general contractor for our repair and restoration project in Park City. The project was comprehensive: new masonry decks, re-surface a swimming pool, roof repairs, house painting, new media installation and hardwood floor installation. Todd is very professional and organized. He provided timely updates on progress and expenses versus budget. The project was completed on time and on budget. Two things really stuck out for me. First, I could generally describe what I wanted and Todd's execution was always spot on. Whether it was redesigning a TV cabinet or creating a new deck railing, Todd could take my general description and turn it into reality. Second, Todd works with outstanding subcontractors. It is clear they have a lot of respect for him and they did great work in addition to being very nice people that you are happy to have in your house. Overall, Todd did an outstanding job and I enjoyed both the working and personal relationship that developed over the course of the project. I look forward to working another project with him.
