My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do not buy a house from Toll Brothers unless you want to be extremely under satisfied with moment after moment of waiting to hear back on how they are going to further mess up an issue that they created in the first place with negligent and over promising on their abilities. IN the Chester county, PA area, Peter G. and Mark Lapszynski (the project manager and supervisor) are under water, over worked, and unresponsive. Worst customer service experience of my lifetime... buyer beware.

We have had great experience working with Toll Brothers in both show homes, and in our client's homes. Their finish detailing is second-to-none and there always seems to be a unique builder's design feature in just about every home we work in. We love when we pull up to a Toll Brothers house!

I am an interior designer that has worked on several of Toll Brothers higher end homes in Irvine and Yorba Linda. In my dealings with the properties, they are well built. With many new homes, especially flipped homes, I always run into quirks, imperfections etc. and that has never been the case on these homes. Some of their homes have great floorplan layouts, and some not so great, but that is just my opinion. I guess there is a plan for everyone. Great builder!
