New windows were poorly installed by Lowe's in Plymouth and Tom Adams was the only contractor I could get to inspect, re-insulate, seal and caulk. Lowe's washed their hands and several other contractors declined to even look at my windows. Tom Adams fixed what should have been done when the (14) windows were originally installed. The price was reasonable and his crew was polite and friendly. Thank you, Tom Adams.

No pushing to buy like other sale persons do. When we choose our door and window, the installer came to our house to verify our measurements and our details (like where to put hinges) and make sure that the order was put correctly. And when the door and the window were ready, the installer and a crew came and installed both, accurately and qualitatively.
