Kenny Goodman has remodeled two houses for us and I recommend highly. He listened to our needs, examined the challenges and came up with designs that did exactly what was needed. He's easy to work with, accessible, smart, and has great taste. Kenny has just remodeled our small, craftsman style house. It lacked storage space and had a layout with the bathrooms and master bedroom didn't work for us. The kitchen needed more cabinets and usable counter space. Kenny redesigned the kitchen, powder room and master suite with walk in closet and master bath, making every square inch work. This was crucial as we were downsizing from a much larger house. I walk into the kitchen in our new home now, and it's so beautiful, I can't believe I live here. In 2007, he remodeled our earlier home which was 2600 sq ft. That was a major job with some big challenges because it was an older home. He had to get rid of two, old dangerous staircases and rebuilt one beautiful one, took down walls to create a great room adjacent to the kitchen, created a beautiful master suite, and office and a roomy, functional laundry room that miss very much. When we first started working with us, he told us everything should have its place. I've never forgotten that. He certainly accomplished that for us, twice. Oh- and our contractors on both jobs also speak highly of him.

We worked with Kenny to remodel our stucco ranch into a modern farmhouse design. We are very pleased with our new old home. Kenny was very personable, easy to collaborate with, highly skilled, detail oriented, a good listener and a helpful advocate. He worked with us through every phase, from remodel conception, contractor bid, construction and project completion. A couple of additional notes, Kenny introduced us through the bid process to another great partner - Kevin Kenny (KD Kenny Builders), who I’d also recommend. Also, as we went through the permitting and approval process, we received a few highly complementary comments about the quality of the drawings/plans Kenny provided for our project. Kenny’s an excellent partner. We’d work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone with a home project.

We have worked closely with Kenny Goodman of Trademark Architecture on several projects. Kenny initially redesigned a 1 story ranch house into our 2 story dream house. We have been living in our completed project for almost 15 years now. During the design and build process, Kenny stayed focused and true to our concept, keeping everyone on track and disciplined. The exterior is traditional and Tudor inspired and we've received many compliments from friends, neighbors and even strangers driving by. What we are most pleased with though is the comfort and beauty of the interior spaces. Kenny's attention to detail is superb! We are now in the process of upgrading some exterior spaces including an outdoor kitchen, trellises, fencing, a new gate and a mailbox. Kenny has again proven a wonderful resource staying true to the design of our home while assuring everything is practical and usable.

With confidence we can absolutely recommend the services of Kenny Goodman as an architect. We used him for a substantial remodel to our home in 2014. The remodel included bathrooms, kitchen, family room and yardscape (including a wonderful waterfall that we truly enjoy). He really listened to our wants and needs and was patient and gave us many options to choose from. He went over energy efficiency options which was great. He showed us numerous choices of hardware and amenities (faucets, lights, pendants, door handles, etc.) and helped us make good decisions on what is best for our home and lifestyle. Kenny was always available to answer any questions and the work was done in a timely manner. We really appreciated that he was great with contractor selection and the monitoring of the projects, which took stress off of us. We will definitely be using Kenny for any projects that come up in the future.

Over the past two decades, Kenny Goodman of Trademark Architecture has been a great resourse in helping us renovate our 1936 California bungalow. We recently completed our last project which was a carved sandstone fireplace that totally transformed our livingroom. Kenny has also redesigned and modernized much of the interior of our home while staying true to a craftman design. Outside our home we wanted a teahouse or garden house. Kenny listened to our ideas and came up with an inspired solution which became the setting for our daughter's wedding. I cannot say enough positive things about the wealth of imaginative and practical ideas we've received from Kenny. We have recommended him to many of our friends and will continue to do so.

We worked with Kenny on two different projects. One was a complete demolition/rebuild of a two story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath area of our house. The other was a kitchen, dining room expansion/remodel. The design process we experienced with Kenny was very satisfying as he communicates well and pays attention to every detail. He developed the design for our projects by learning from us what we hoped to achieve and what we like and dislike. We talked thoroughly about the possibilities before he suggested any plan. And since he included all of the details in the final design, the completed project was exactly what we envisioned. Kenny is creative and his aesthetic judgment is excellent. He has a thorough knowledge of the possible styles and finishes. We had the sense that he could effectively and successfully incorporate in his designs virtually any theme or architectural style. Our projects with Kenny turned out beautifully and we continue to enjoy the results to this day.

My husband and I have worked with Kenny for years on 2 very extensive architecture and design projects – with incredible results. The first was a complete remodel of a 1950's modern home. Every room was reborn in the process and some new ones were added. Kenny brought our home to life with beautiful solutions to some very complicated design problems – while still embracing the timeless modern heritage of the original architecture. He listened to what we were hoping for and then brought us ideas and plans that we could have never imagined. We are just now embarking on the building phase of our second project and Kenny is there to help us along the way.

We worked with Kenny over the last 12 years on a series of 4 projects to remodel our entire home - from kitchen and family room, to baths and laundry room, to the master suite and the rest of the other rooms. Kenny has a beautiful taste level and he incorporated all of our key inputs and desires in the plans he developed for us. Kenny Goodman designed and help build our home 20 years ago. To this day it is the most functional beautiful house I have been in. We love it today as much as the first day we moved in. His ideas are creative and his use of space and light are perfect. We hired Trademark Architecture and Interiors to remodel our kitchen and family room and do a few other updates throughout our house. We couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome. Kenny Goodman is a magician! He asked for our wish list, and I hesitated, thinking there was no way he would able to get everything we wanted into the space we had allotted. He did it! And he designed it in a better way than I could have imagined. He is extremely talented, smart, kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He meets deadlines and is always well prepared. People marvel at how nice our house looks, and 7 years later, I'm still in love with it.

Kenny did a complete remodel of our Moraga home in 2005/2006 - it was truly a great experience. He understood exactly what we wanted and was able to translate our scattered ideas into a beautiful, cohesive vision. He is extremely attentive to detail and a very good listener.
