Leo was amazing, I had a patio cover installed on a new build and they persisted through the months of county pushbacks to get it completed. I couldn't be happier with the results and the price was very competitive. They had the job completed in less then a week and I can't wait to get to enjoying my patio.

I called The Right Choice for an estimate to remove the wood siding from our two story house and replace it with stucco. I didn't really want stucco. I wanted river rock on the entire front of the house, upstairs and down, but figured it was out of our reach. Leo came to give the estimate and in the course of conversation, this came out. He took a look and within minutes showed me how possible it was for us to do the river rock. They removed the wood siding, placed a river rock veneer on the entire front of the house, painted the rest of the house and trim, demolished my concrete walkway and flower bed and replaced it with a new front porch made of pavers and cut a path through the grass to give us a walkway with steps down to the sidewalk. Leo has been amazing to work with. He really went above and beyond. I had some anxiety through the process because we were spending a lot of money and I wanted it to be perfect. He communicated with me on an almost daily basis and each conversation calmed my anxiety. They brought samples of rock and paint swatches. When we narrowed the paint colors to our final choices, Leo had the painters paint large swatches on the back of the house so we could see how the colors would really look. We were also able to hold the rocks up to the paint colors to see the various combinations. Our front porch light had to come off temporarily. I asked if I bought a new one could they put that one up instead. This was no problem. I wanted to replace the lights on the back patio as well, but it turned out they didn't need to remove them to do the painting. Leo told me to buy the lights I wanted and they would replace them at no extra charge. When it was time to put my old doorbell back on, I regretted that I hadn't asked if I could replace the door bell, but I didn't ask because I figured it was too late. Before they put the old one back on, Leo thought to ask if I wanted a new doorbell. He suggested the Ring one with the camera. I didn't know what to get, so he found one on Amazon, sent the link and I bought it. I didn't know how to set up on the app on my phone, so Leo did it for me. Jorge, who was in charge of the rock work and pavers was also amazing. He told me he tries to put as much care into the customer's home as he would on his own. I found him to be true to his word. His workers paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves every day. They were polite and respectful. At the end of the job, I came home from work as one of the workers was cleaning up. I believe his name was Arnulmo. He was hosing off our roof. I mentioned there was rain in the forecast. He told me that was why he was washing the roof off. There was dirt and dust up there from the cement. He said rain would wash it down and make a mess. He was washing it down so he could clean up the mess. The experience of working with this company was a good one. Leo did everything he said he would do, and then some. I highly recommend them.

When we started this project, Joseph told us he would be with us every step of the way. As it turned out, I saw Joseph one time during the whole project and that was at the beginning. My wife saw Joseph twice. He told us that he would help us pick out all the materials to complete the project. He was never there to help pick out the tile, the countertop materials or the faucet and anything that we needed to put into our new bathroom. He told us that it would take three weeks from the start to finish of the project. It was almost 8 weeks. The gentleman who was doing the work on our bathroom was spread so thin between other projects that we only saw him once a week and maybe twice on occasion When they installed the vanity countertop, it was cut wrong so the fastest didn’t fit. The backsplash is were not cut accurately so there were gaps and we ended up having to buy new materials for the vanity top. I spoke to Joseph many times about this problem and he promised that he would get things taken care of and the job was supposed to be completed two weeks before it actually was. It obviously showed that our project was low on a priority list. When the job was completed, the bathroom looked very nice and we were happy with the final results, but the service and the promises that were made were never kept. I feel all Joseph worried about was getting the payments. At one point I was ready to fire The right choice home modeling, and have the contractor who lives across the street finish the job, even though he has a number of other jobs booked. When I contacted right choice to talk to them, they never bothered to even contact me back. They acted like the project was finished and they didn’t care about me anymore. I do not recommend this company I feel for the money you can get better service and honesty from some other company.

Communication was poor, and we encountered multiple instances of misinformation. Unfortunately, rather than receiving the quality service we were promised, we felt pressured and misled throughout the entire process. In hindsight, we regret not exploring other options and would caution others to carefully consider their choices when hiring this company. This has by far been the worst experience we have had with a service provider, leaving us feeling both frustrated and dissatisfied.
