My wife and I experience with Trilogy Construction, Inc. in building our home was marked by high integrity, good quality, and high value work. The company came through buy completing our home within our agreed upon budget and timeline. The employees were professional and respectful of the need to do a quality job. We appreciated that they made themselves available when requested, and were timely with returning phone calls, e-mails, and texts. We could always trust Trilogy to be fair and honest. Its high quality work and excellent service gave us the results we expected. Trilogy has made us valued customers and we certainly recommend their expertise to others.

We could not have asked for a better team than Trilogy to rebuild our home. With all the demands and challenges as a result of the Camp Fire, Trilogy guided us through the building process from design consultation, subcontractor communication and the billing procedures. Their attention to detail was remarkable and the quality of construction was top notch. Our best decisions were rebuilding in Paradise, and choosing Trilogy to rebuild.

I loved the staff and all the crew. Everyone was so helpful. I had no reason to worry they took such good care of all the details. They kept me informed of what was happening. If I ever build again Trilogy would be my choice.

We had a great experience with Trilogy Construction. They made us feel like family! They were always there ready to answer questions or put our mind at ease. From start to finish it went pretty smooth. Of course we had few bumps in the road but they were smoothed out quickly and to our satisfaction. We had Trilogy build our custom house and they did a great job. All the workers were highly skilled and took pride in their work.Our house was finished right on schedule and Beth and Speri kept us up to the minute on all the costs, change orders and scheduling. Shawn and Greg are very hands on and kept things moving smoothly. Our construction was a non traditional modern style house on a 30 degree sloping lot, so there was nothing easy about the build and they did an awesome job, The house is beautiful and we are very happy with it. And the "cherry on top"; these are honest to God good people, and it's been a pleasure getting to know them.

Trilogy did an amazing job transforming our 1970's bathroom into a modern bathroom in keeping with our home's personality. We were very impressed with the integrity of this company. Every day during the project, a Trilogy representative was at the job site insuring that each phase was done to the highest standard. Trilogy used sub-contractors that had been proven over the years, and their work was excellent. The Trilogy staff gave us design suggestions, recommended vendors, and helped us take advantage of sales as well as their contractor's discount. In addition, a Trilogy representative accompanied us to vendors' stores to help us make the best choice for our project and to interpret technical language as needed. They provided us with a detailed break-down of project costs prior to the job beginning, and the job was completed on time and on budget. Customer satisfaction is a Trilogy priority, and they certainly met that goal with us. It was a great experience with a beautiful outcome!

I cannot speak highly enough of Trilogy Construction. They built our custom home in 6 months, and made the process actually enjoyable! They stuck to the schedule they gave us at the start of the project, and ensured that subcontractors performed well. Beth Dunn is an invaluable asset regarding project organization and budgeting, but everyone on the team deserves praise for their hard effort and dedication . We always heard that building a house strained a marriage, but I am certain my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the process because of Trilogy Construction.

Trilogy Costruction exceeded our expectation with the remodel of our kitchen, family room and dining room. Our kitchen was gutted, walls were removed (one load bearing), fireplace removed, and over half our home was affected. All of this while we were living in the other end of the house and my husband was working from a home office. Greg, Shawn and Beth met with us on several occasions over a 6 month period prior to us deciding to go for it. They were very patient with us and helped guide us through the decision process. We appreciated that we had an itemized budget prior to starting the project so we knew what expenses we were looking at and where we needed to dial our wish list back a bit. When we met to initiate the project, they told us when demo would be and the exact date we would have the final inspection. Our final inspection was on that date! Here are the reasons why: Trilogy gives you a timeline with dates when the subcontractors will be there. Subcontractors know that if they want to continue to work with Trilogy, they need to meet their commitments. In addition to excellent workmanship & meeting their timeline, we also appreciated Beth's attention to detail and project management skills. She also has an excellent eye for design and was able to help us when we were uncertain in design choices. During the whole 10 week process, we never once heard a raised voice or swear word (how often have you heard that said of a construction crew?!) In fact, they were a pleasure to have in our home. Our bottom line is - we have a gorgeous living space now that is so functional that we have been able to live the lifestyle we had hoped - sharing our home with family and friends and being able to accomodate large gatherings. When asked what we would change in our remodel, our response is "Nothing!" - even 2 years later. Thanks, Trilogy for an amazing job!

I spent 3 yrs working with Trilogy Construction in order to build my new custom home in Paradise, CA. We went from raw land, to a rough layout, to formal blueprints to building to completion during this time. You will not find a better contractor/builder in Butte County. The entire project went according to plan, stayed on time and budget and turned out excellently. I chose to be very active in all the selections and building decisions, but you will have the choice at which level you prefer to be involved in; a lot, some, or let them handle most of it; whichever you feel most comfortable with. An honest and reliable group, I was very pleased with my experience with Trilogy Construction and team of professionals.

Trilogy remodeled my 100 year old house. It had many needs and I was on a budget. I had a friend recommend Trilogy as the best General Contractor in Butte County. I had no experience with remodeling or decorating for that matter. My first appointment with them was great. They answered all of my questions and gave me an idea how the different phases of the project would proceed. They were always consistant with communication. The jobs started on time including all of the subcontractors. Everyone was professional and expected high quality. I enjoyed getting to know everybody and they were always courteous. I appreciated the support I received when I was undecided or needed advice. I would highly recommend Trilogy to my family and friends because they are the best in Butte County.

I am on the second phase of a whole house remodel with Trilogy and I have nothing but praise for them. They have shown great flexibility when working with me and their subcontractors have been both pleasant and professional. If there is a problem, which occurs when one is living in the house during the project, Trilogy gets it fixed right away. Beth and Shawn have been a lot of fun to work with and always try to accommodate my sometimes quirky demands. I would work with them again any time.
