I called Rich to fix a leaky faucet in which he could not fix and asked me to buy a new one. He returned on a second visit and installed the new one. Later, I received a bill for a whopping $454 dollars because of two service visits claiming he adjusted my hot water heater temp control on the first visit which was not true - that occurred on the second visit. Basically, I had to pay an extra service call fee even though he did not fix anything on the first visit, and he never disclosed that any service call fees would be charged before coming over. Needless to say, I will not use Tripple R going forward.

My wife and I bought a fixer upper in Smithtown just two months before our second son was to be born. Knowing we were up against the clock to get our renovations done before our little guy arrived, we were stressed to say the least. He's even helped us repair some sprinkler equipment that the previous owner clearly neglected. In addition, Rich is well-connected and was able to help recommend skilled and trustworthy vendors for other projects, like new roof and siding installation. We cannot recommend Rich enough! Rich did all our plumbing and gas lines for our new kitchen. Everything he did came out pristine! He is very professional, reliable and reasonable. Would not hesitate to call again for all my plumbing needs.

Rich dies excellent work. Super clean and quick. Always shows up on time. He removed our old ugly vanity and installed a new double sink vanity which made my wife very happy. All done in three hours!
