I had a relatively modest project (and budget) for basement cabinetry for some counter workspace, storage, & backup freezer. I wanted sleek, a seamless built-in look, and it done in a precise paint color. It was a somewhat awkward space, which also added to the challenge. I found Troy Cabinetmakers on the Houzz website and loved their photo gallery. I hesitated calling, thinking either my project would be too small for them or they would be out of my price range. But I then reasoned: even small projects deserve quality, so I made the call. Glad I did! I provided John DeCurtis a drawing I had sketched out, and we discussed the goals; John surveyed the space, took measurements, and suggested improvement to what I had envisioned. John then gave me a verbal quote. I was both surprised and relieved so I did not hesitate to give the go ahead. John followed up with a written proposal (which they stuck to) and architectural drawing. At each phase of the project John and his entire team at Troy Cabinetmakers demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and craftsmanship which, frankly, I wish there was more of these days. We are exceedingly happy with the final result! I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Troy Cabinetmakers again. PS: custom was a little longer than stock or box store. PPS: If you have a chance to do so, I recommend visiting their design/manufacturing site. It’s impressive.

Troy Cabinet pays attention to every detail...the quality of their work is superb. Look no further. My kitchen is 10 years old/ still as pretty as the day it was completed..just had my master bath and closet done.

Troy cabinets are beautiful products. Because they are custom made they maximize space and fit together perfectly. Doors are self closing. John and his office staff give personal service and stay on top of their work until it is finished. I can't say enough for the quality of Troy cabinets.

This company is phenomenal. Not only are my cabinets of the highest quality but they had such innovative ideas when redesigning my kitchen, dining room, and family room.
