We honestly could not be more happy with our experience working with True and Square Construction. These guys are awesome! Truly professional, with clear communication and responsiveness every step of the project. Their bid was extremely fair and they stayed exactly on schedule and within budget. The quality of their work is fantastic. Julio and his guys are just great to have around and were so low key, friendly and respectful. They always did an exceptional job of cleaning up, even all the nails! They did a significant home residing and painting project for us, and now will be moving forward with a larger kitchen remodel. We are thrilled to have found them!

True and Square Construction deserves 5 stars for their professionalism. attention to detail, construction knowledge, adherence to schedule, communication, ability to problem solve and, above all, extremely pleasant to work with. Kudos! My husband and I were very pleased with the overall project.

Julio was a great guy for our remodel project. We contracted him to complete an upstairs remodel of about 800 square feet of new space. Our contract was from foundation to tape and mudding but we carried on some of the work into the finishes. He was a good communicator and very personable with a tranquil, focused demeanor. I like the pride he took in his work which he displays on his Instagram page. This was cool aspect of working with him as we got to see updates of our project through social media. Now, I can go back and see how transformational a big project is for our house and space. I really like the work he did on our stairs and the closet bathroom underneath. He made some design suggestions which we agreed upon. The architecture drawings ended up being incorrect but, he was still able to finish out the build right on the edge of code. Through some perseverance, he was able to deliver the intent of the space better then the architect. There were some road bumps along the way as you would expect with any big project. We were able to handle them in a straightforward manner and walk away with an understanding that was agreed upon. I'd recommend him for big projects like mine as he and his team were quick, efficient, and he had a good project management sense.

True & Square built a second floor bed room addition to my house in El Cerrito. They did a great job. They poured the needed foundation, built some stairs, framed the second floor bedroom, installed siding, installed windows, and painted the exterior of the house. There were some very tricky construction challenges and tight dimension requirements for the stairs and they did a good job. Efficient, hardworking and good natured crew. I have a Historic Victorian Hotel in San Francisco, and the True and Square Team have done amazing work to help me preserve and restore my building. A very creative crew that can seemingly do everything, right up to final painting!!!
