I am very disappointed with our floor...after 2 years it has cracks in it and the "lifetime warranty " isn't covered!!

Do not use this company. They recently did my garage floor. I questioned some areas when i looked at it. The guy said it was just the glare of the sun. Days later when i fully opened the garage door and looked at it it was concrete. No product. Another area has no product. They are completely unresponsive. Then they say to fix it it will be three or four months. When i gave pushback they were going to make it sooner and would call me back. They never called back. When I followed up again I was told it would be a 250 dollar service fee for something the wasn’t done right the first time. Two of my neighbors were going to use them for their garage floors until this horrible experience. They have no customer service. Ariana says she is the highest you can go in the company. Tony Scarletta is the owner/ manager, but she said he doesn’t take calls from customers. HORRIBLE Company. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Do not use Encore - they are dishonorable. I had Encore apply epoxy floor coating. They told us that after 24 hours of the coating we should be able to walk on the floor. however, after 24 hours the floor was still soaking wet. I called to inquire about this. Instead of sending someone out to look at it immediately they told me to open my garage door to let it air out. I waited another day or so and tried again. It was still wet. By this point it was the weekend, and it happened to be labor day weekend so the company was not open again until Tuesday (6 days after they completed the job). When I called Tuesday to explain that my garage was still wet a representative came to my home and acknowledged that they had mixed the formula incorrectly. He explained that they would have to grind the garage floor down (back to the way it was before the floor coating process) and they would then have to apply the coating all over again. If the process had been done correctly the first time I would have had the use of my garage within 72 hours. Given the mishap, I ended up not having the use of my garage for 10 days. I live on a busy street in the city and parking is not plentiful. I have 3 small children that I have to constantly drive around and each time I left my parking spot I had to find another one. Often, I ended up having to pay for parking near my house. I also received a parking ticket. Aside from the hassle associated with not having parking for my cars for 10 days, I also experienced damage to my home as a result of my husband testing the garage floor only to have it continue to be wet. Each time it pierced through his shoes and he tracked the liquid that they coat the garage with into our house which was very difficult to clean up. When the representative came to my house I explained this to him. I told him I wanted to speak with someone from Encore with authority to discuss a discount for my troubles. He responded that he was that person and that I would receive a discount. When I did not receive a discount I called the company directly. The woman who answers the phones told me that she knew I was entitled to a discount and that the owner of the company planned to call me to discuss. He never called me. I called again. The same woman answered and I told her that I felt ignored, that I was getting a run around and that I did not appreciate that I was promised a discount and that no one had reached out to me. Still, I heard nothing. I tried calling back but they were screening my calls so I left them a voicemail stating that I was promised a discount and that I was receiving terrible customer service. one of the managers wrote me an email. The email was antagonistic. He told me that the representative who promised me a discount was not authorized to do so and said he refused to give me a discount. He offered no apologies. I asked the owner to call me. He never did. Encore does not appreciate its customers.

Tony and the team at Encore Garage have done two projects for us - the first installing an epoxy floor covering and the second installing cabinets and overhead storage. We're very pleased with the results - the garage looks fantastic!

This 5 star rating is based off the fact that Encore made sure that the end result of our garage floor was highly satisfactory. For whatever reason, after they first finished the floor, it had a very uneven appearance and texture. They were very committed to making sure that we were very satisfied. They fixed the issues and now we are extremely happy with our garage.

Encore Garage did an excellent job with my garage floor. I like the color choices. I feel like our garage is now a clean extension of our home. The installers were very professional and trustworthy. They completed the work in the time they scheduled. I would definitely hire Encore Garage for other projects.

The entire process from when I contacted Tony and Jason to the end of the project could not have gone better. We had some concerns about our budget before contacting Tony- but he worked hard, and did multiple designs to fit our budget, to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we would be happy with the end result! In the end- the project which require a large demo, and need a lot of work on the garage floor was seemless for these guys. They were able to deliver on the timeframe they laid out and we could not be more pleased with the end result. The floor is beautiful (we love the color Tony helped us pick) and we have plenty of storage. Post project Jason has been great helping us add additional product for our slatwall with zero haste at all! This is truly a full service operation who delivers a quality product, delivers on the timeframe they laid out, and has a professional crew who did a first class job! Thanks Encore!

We just completed our project with EncoreGarage. We had the floors done, custom shelving put in and electronic hoists and bike rack installed. We love everything and our garage looks amazing. One of the hoists didn't work properly due to a manufacture issue and EncoreGarage took care of it within a week. Tony and Jason were extremely responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to organize their garage!

I enlisted the help of Encore Garage to give my garage a cleaner, more organized look. I really did not have any ideas for how to do that. Tony came out, assessed our organizational needs, and drew up a design customized for our situation. Then my husband and I were able to choose colors, textures, and flooring to coordinate beautifully. There were so many choices—something for everyone. The best part were the technicians. They were dependable, hard working, and conscientious. They took pride in their work. Throughout the whole project, Jason answered all my questions, accommodated my schedule, and kept in touch at each new stage. I was confident that he was on top of things. Encore Garage will be coming back in the spring to do our front porch. I couldn’t be more pleased with how our garage turned out.

We've long had a desire to upgrade our garage, including an epoxy floor coating and replacing cabinets to better organize our garage and its' contents. We had very specific ideas in mind, and took care to obtain multiple quotes from local vendors. This process in and of itself helped greatly to clearly define our desired outcome upfront. We were open with each company, advising that we'd be obtaining competitor quotes and comparing all aspects. Through our many discussions with Tony, it became evident Encore Garage was the company with whom we wanted to partner. We had a budget to keep to, and Tony was able to match pricing offered by the company who was a very close second! We opted for custom cabinets, bike racks, slat walls and Encore's FLEXCore Garage Floor Coating. From initial quoting to project completion, everyone at Encore was an absolute pleasure to work with. Open, clear communication, flexibility and a willingness to please. We'd highly recommend Encore for your garage customization needs.

We are so pleased with the service and quality of work provided by Encore Garage. Our consultation and design was done by the owner, Tony, and he did a terrific job laying out exactly what we needed. The installers were on time and made sure everything was installed perfectly. We love the motorized bike lifts and the motorized overhead storage shelf. Everything was left clean when they were finished and follow up service was timely and professional. I highly recommend.

TRULY FANTASTIC!! It is rare for me to write an on-line review of any sort, and usually when praise is required for a “job well done” I would personally send a communiqué of commendation to one’s superior. However, in this case you can’t go above the president and owner of Encore Garage, Tony Scaletta. Tony was directly involved in the whole garage project for our new residence even prior to breaking ground. I write this review in the hopes that it will find any prospective customers well. For those interested in a garage that is out of this world either for a remodel or in my case new construction, I would only recommend Encore Garage. Regardless if your project entails just sealing and coating the garage floor (which came out beautiful) or going all out as I believe I did by adding cabinets with a built-in Flat Panel TV, built-in 36” Sub Zero freezer, floor to ceiling wall system and being in the Chicago suburbs, two (2) gas fired heaters it really makes the garage feel more like an addition to you house then a garage. After researching all local companies prior to going with Encore Garage including getting proposals with 3-D Cads, Encore Garage was by far the best of the lot not just for price but for overall concept. As a point of reference, I am currently retired but as a former COO of a national family law practice (285 personnel), proprietary software developer, and a provider of a proprietary network to one the nation’s largest creditors (7,000 network personnel), I know what it’s like to take pride in one’s work and truly appreciate when others do the same, which unfortunately is a rare commodity these days. Tony, and for that matter his whole team were exceptional. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows his craft and product inside and out, takes pride in his work, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Tony and Encore Garage for any project. Once the balance of the slat wall system is installed, and new flat panel LED lighting, I will post a follow-up with pictures. Bottom line is to go anywhere else would be a mistake in my opinion and so far, several of my friends just seeing the house for the first time have already contacted Tony for their home projects.
