My final roof inspection was approved by the City of Cutler Bay, and I am now reflecting on the whole process. Alex, the salesman for T&S Roofing was remarkable with his knowledge of metal roofs, and informed me that the process would take a little time but that it would be worth it. I always kept up with the most current information and status of the job through my assigned office manager Danielle Demiguel, and my project manager Mr. Josephs. Both of them always picked up my phone calls whenever I had any questions, and kept me up to date on the progress. Good customer service has always been important to me, because it usually reflects a company that wants to continue being successful. A special thank you goes out to Danielle! From the first day which was the roof tear off, to the dry in process later that same day for both the regular and flat roofs, one can readily see that this company is very professional. I particular liked that they have different crews for the different phases of the metal roof install including the cleanup crews. I whole heartily would recommend T&S Roofing to anyone looking to install a roof, and as Alex initially told me it was worth the wait.

Roberto Cruz was the person who came by to give us an estimate of the job. He was the first out of 8 roofers who took the time to explain what will happen and what needs to be done. I appreciated that greatly because I was in the dark about the process of changing a roof. On top of that, when the crew finally did come out they were fantastic and courteous to both my mother and I. It starts with Maycol, giving me all the details that we needed to know to what goes into a new roof. Broke it down for me to have a better understanding of what was going on since this was the first major repair I was doing to my home. Danielle, was great keeping me posted with dates and times of the project through text and email. She was always on point. And Anthony, spearheading the project. Never missed a beat. He kept me up to tabs with every single step in the project. If Anthony, wasn’t on site in the morning he was definitely there in the afternoons making sure everything went according to plan.
