I have a lifetime warranty bathroom. In the past they were fast with call backs and repairs. But now I have been waiting almost a month with no call back for service and it has escalated to my shower not shutting off and I still get no call back. I have to call separate departments just to get a person to talk to me and transfer me to the same voicemail they never returned.

We had all but 1 window in our house replaced and TundraLand did an awesome job! The workers were respectful and cleaned up (even though they had very little mess overall), and when the job was done, we had several followups with supervisors, etc. There were a couple of areas of concern on the outer trim, but all was rectified and very hassle free. TundraLand sales people, installers, supervisors and anyone else we had contact with, were all VERY professional and were determined to not call it complete until we were completely satisfied!! Nice company, nice work, and real nice windows!!

Everyone we worked with at Tundraland was very professional, courteous, and accommodating throughout our experience. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining our design. They started work on our project sooner than expected. The work crew was exceptional, and did an excellent, quality job. what few issues we hand in building a four seasons room were handled in a very professional and courteous manner. We would highly recommend and use Tundraland in the future.

Tundraland did an excellent job replacing our bathtub/shower. We love the design and quality. They even came back free of charge when were experiencing a plumbing problem (that we later found out was completely unrelated to the new bathtub.) I highly recommend this company.
