Tony with Texas Elite Custom Homes built our 6000 sq ft house in 2016. The house turned out beautiful and was very well made. The process was fairly smooth (albeit longer than expected) and communication was good. Issues during and after construction were always taken care of without conflict. In particular, follow up after move in has been fantastic. I would recommend Texas Elite if you are considering a custom built home.

Texas Elite Custom Homes built our house. They did an amazing job. The house is gorgeous and exceptionally efficient. They build an environments for living- certified home. It is foam sealed, tankless water heaters... Superb livability and comfort. We started and finished on time and within budget.

My experience working with the Texas Elite staff was nothing but pleasant! The crews and the ownership are all top notch and made sure that the foundation was up to the highest standards. It was a pleasure watching the home go up. The fit and finish of the framing was first class and I would not hesitate to use Texas Elite to build a home for me one day!

We used this builder to construct our home consisting of 7125 square feet in Spring, Texas and found this builder to provide us with highest quality work and completed the construction of the home on time and in a good and workmanlike manner. Their work was superior and the quality of the materials were excellent. They were always on the construction site and they were great in permitting us to make changes as the construction proceeded and never had a problem with doing extra work. The home is beautiful and we found working with this builder was great. We would hire this builder again to build us another home.

If "0" stars were available, I would have given it this rating. We hired Texas Elite to build a custom home for us on our property in Magnolia. From the time the contract was closed at the bank and the initial payment had been made to the builder, the project started on a downward path. The project was over time and over budget, and often sat for weeks with no activity happening at our home on many occasions. We were told the project would be delivered in 7-9 months, the project was delivered in 16 months. Texas Elite did not include standard things in the building of this home and instead surprised us the homeowners with some very large out of pocket expenses to construct a driveway to our home and a mailbox. I would have never imagined that the builder would not include a driveway for a home of this size and cost. In addition, the utility room was not built according to plan and we found out when trying to move appliances into the room. Upon contacting the builder to communicate the problem, he said "not his problem". He did finally agree to fix some of the issue with regard to the room, but only after several communications from us. There were many mistakes and errors along the way including incorrect stone purchased and installed, outdoor kitchen built wrong 3 times, cabinets left unfinished (too many to list) due to lack of project management. The builder was hardly ever at our site, and not very involved in the project. My experience with Texas Elite proved to be dishonest, unethical, and self serving. One of the owners of the company is also very rude and confrontational. On more than one occasion they have resorted to name calling and threats via email. The builder also took photos of our home prior to move-in and immediately after move in without our permission. These photos are featured on this website without our permission. I would be happy to share ALL DETAILS of our experience. What should have been an enjoyable and exciting experience, turned out to be the most stressful experience of our life. As a side note, we have custom built before and our experience was very good and the project was delivered early and within budget.
