I'm a carpenter who specializes in custom redwood structures for homes in the LA foothills — fences, gates, decks, arbors, pergolas, and outdoor furniture. Based in Shadow Hills, I serve homeowners throughout Sunland, La Crescenta, La Cañada Flintridge, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and the surrounding areas of Los Angeles. I run a small operation — me and my apprentice Alex, one truck, one project at a time. I chose to keep it this way on purpose. When you hire me, you're getting my full attention from design through final walkthrough. I specialize in redwood because it's naturally durable, beautiful to work with, and built for the LA climate. I hand-select every board from my suppliers, checking grain, color, and heartwood content. That level of material care is the difference between a structure that looks intentional and one that looks like it was built from whatever showed up.
