My husband and I purchased a home and did a complete renovation. Plumbing, electrical, new kitchen, floors, all new bathrooms etc. We hired UAG to manage the entire project and they did a fantastic job! They were highly professional, communicated well and were able to execute our vision. Anytime you take on a full remodel it can be scary, stressful and overwhelming however, we had a wonderful experience as we watched them transform our diamond in the rough. Thank you UAG we love our home!

Z Roofing & Waterproofing (ZRW) has worked with UAG Construction for over two years now. As UAG Construction continues to provide excellence in the South Florida market, Z roofing considers themselves lucky to be paired with such a great company. They are punctual, on time to appointments, and work excellent with all of their subcontractors. Danny and the whole UAG staff live up to all promises and agreements made on job sites and are just overall great to work for. In addition, UAG's office staff is a great asset to the UAG company, they work hand and hand with Z roofing’s staff to submit proposal for new construction, renovation, and all other documents that are required for jobs.

UAG construction has done an excellent job on a fairly large renovation at my home. Their subs have been great, for the most part. If there was ever a snag with a sub, the team stepped up quickly to fix that hiccup. The work is nearly completed now, and I've been very pleased with the results. UAG Construction worked in our home on several large scale projects for a period of three months. They not only met our expectations on every project, they exceeded them.. Danny and Ted were both knowledgable and resourceful. We especially appreciated that they gave us several options at different price points for each project. They were conscious of our budget and guided us as to when we could be more economical and when we needed to spend a little more on the highest grade products. We compared UAG to three other contractors in our area and chose them because we felt we would receive the best service and professional guidance for a reasonable price. UAG did not disappoint. Danny or Ted where at our home to thoroughly monitor the work being done every day that there were their workmen here, with little exception. If we called them with a question or concern, we would receive a response that day, if not within the hour. In fact, we had hired an exterior painting company separate of UAG Construction. After seeing the professionalism of UAG and contending with two strong personalities and unreliability in the painting company, we let them go and hired UAG to also do our exterior painting project. Even though their professional fee is higher than others, they really monitored the project and kept my Husband and I with a peace of mind so that we could continue our day-to-day tasks with no interruption because of the extensive work in the house. There is absolutely a value to that.

Great company to work with. They were very considerate of our needs and expectations. We did not move out for the master bedroom / bathroom remodel. They worked around our young kids' nap schedules, demanded cleanliness and consideration of their subcontractors or workers, and provided great ideas and different price options for the remodel.

UAG Construction did a fantastic job of building out our new offices from scratch. They handled all aspects of the project, from permits to subcontractors with professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended, they are easy to work with and very straightforward.
