I highly recommend Under Construction Builders. We hired them to complete a full kitchen renovation along wih the addition of a laundry room and powder room. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was. Everyone i dealt with was professional and personable. The attention to detail was on point and the craftsmanship was superb!

Under Construction completed a full remodel of the first floor of our home. We were truly pleased with each aspect of our project from planning through to punch list. Lindley provides a great balance of design expertise coupled with construction knowledge and that was a differentiating factor for us from other contractors we considered. The team came in on budget and even more importantly on time. We have already recommended Under Construction to neighbors looking to do an addition. We love our “new” home and thank the team for the great work.

Under construction did a full kitchen tear down and rebuild for us. They were incredibly professional, with the job done at the highest level of quality and it was delivered both on time and on budget as agreed. What makes them really special is the personalized level of service and attention. My calls and texts were always returned same day, and usually within a couple of hours. They went out of their way to ensure we were 100% satisfied. No request was too large or too small. Under construction made me feel that my job was their only focus and they are just a really nice group of people who care about doing the best possible job.

I had an excellent experience working with Under Construction. The level of craftsmanship on woodwork and built ins was phenomenal and the project manager helped to move everything along. It was also very easy to discuss our ideas and changes.

Amazing team and experience! They did our kitchen, added crown to our 2 vaulted ceilings and upstairs hall and painted that area. Start to finish was great! They felt like family. Fair price, didn’t try to charge more later and finished a tad earlier than they said.

Under Construction was a great partner throughout the process of designing and building a kitchen addition, despite our initial inexperience in taking on something of this magnitude. Their entire team was creative and patient, as we worked to combine historic elements and modern functionality into our home which was originally built in the the 1700's. They were willing to work with new materials and incorporate our suggestions into creating a unique design, while also being open to working with some external parties that we recommended. The project was delivered on time and on budget, and their team was a pleasure to work with on a daily basis, an important element when work is continuing in the house over a 6 month period. Nothing will ever be perfect, but the team was always willing to make corrections and adjust as needed. We're thrilled with the final result, and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Hall Bathroom Under Construction Builders LLC gutted the entire 70's bathroom down to the studs (kudos to John). A walk-in shower with glass doors was installed along with all new fixtures, plumbing and electrical wiring. Lindley assisted with selecting the vanity, vanity top, toilet and all the fixtures based on my vision and style. She took the time to explain the types of tile used for showers along with patterns for the flooring. Communication with Rob Bennet was on point. Every aspect of the various jobs were orchestrated perfectly so as not to have any down time. The workmanship and professionalism was superb from Rob, Lindley and John at UCB along with the tile master, plumber, electrician and glass installer. This was the second project that they have completed for me. I would highly recommend their company.

Lindley and Rob are extremely knowledgeable and patient with questions. The work quality was excellent with a high level of attention to detail. Cleanup was impressive. Communication during the process was great.

Outstanding! They made my small project seem like the most important job they had. Jay Stack took time to explain the work, and respected my budget. They did two projects at my house and he answered every email, text message and phone call, offered insight and options I had not considered and the end results were exactly as I had hoped. You can't go wrong with Under Construction!

Total renovation of hall bathroom, included gutting 80%. Extremely positive experience from day one thru post-renovation follow-up. All UCB staff were very responsive and accommodating. Estimator/project mgr made multiple visits to check status. UCB's foreman, who's also a carpenter, was very knowledgable, skilled, resourceful, organized and polite, and reviewed even the smallest details w/us. Job site was always clean. Subcontractors were good. We've dealt with alot of general contractors, and this was by far our best experience...not inexpensive, but worth the cost.
