My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

United Better Homes is a family owned and operated company, proudly serving families all over New England since 2003. We are fully licensed and insured throughout both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We offer a large selection of windows and doors to fit the needs and budgets of our clients. We were hand selected by Marvin as their exclusive Infinity Dealer for Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We also carry other brands like Pella, Alside, Soft-lite and Harvey, just to name a few. There is a window and/or door for everyone in our selection. Wouldn’t hire them again. Took forever to complete the work, poor quality, I believe installers were subcontractors and not employees.

As with any custom products, sometimes orders come in incorrectly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately in your case this happened several times with the same item. We will use this experience to better inform future customers of potential hang-ups with that manufacturer you chose. Finally, we apologize for the incident with your new patio door that got stained from improper handling of spray insulation. We hope that by ordering and installing a completely new door we have been able to remedy that particular issue to your satisfaction. Again, we appreciate your patience as we completed the last of your installations and we hope that you are pleased with the finished product now that all is said and done.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my new windows and the amazing team that installed them. The entire experience from initial proposal to final clean up was top notch and professional. No high pressure sales, no five hour demonstrations! They're a pleasure to deal with. I can't begin to explain what a huge difference the box window has made relative to my heating and cooling costs. Great products, fair pricing and experienced techs/installers. We had every window in our Summer cottage replaced-- fourteen in all. We received excellent advice concerning our options, the work was done on time and correctly and when there was a problem with the glass in one of the windows, it was quickly and easily taken care of. Additionally, they went above and beyond when it came to our problem with cleaning the windows. We felt stupid, but they couldn't have been nicer.

The company replaced a double casement window which was hanging out of it's frame. The job was rushed because of the windows condition. The job was done quickly without any issues. When they were through they cleaned up every thing, painted what ever needed repainting and left the place spotless inside and out. I would definitely recommend United.
