In 2018, we hired United Chicago Builders to build our dream house (5 bedroom, 3.5 bath) from the ground up after seeing a couple of their other developments. Their workmanship was impeccable and the quality was far superior to anything we had seen on the market. From the beginning (finding the plot of land) to the end (interior decorating help), the process could not have gone more smoothly. They delivered on time and exceeded our expectations. To say that we were impressed with our house is not enough. It has brought our family so much joy and light. We simply could not imagine having to have worked with anyone else to achieve our vision. Lester & Irena and their dedicated team could not have been any more professional or friendlier. A complete pleasure to work with. We LOVE our home.

Lester and Irena designed and built my dream home. When I first found the listing and toured the house the interior construction was just beginning. As a single woman and a designer (and a picky one at that), I was extremely nervous to pull the trigger, having zero new construction experience and very little time to manage or navigate the process. I was completely blown away by them at every turn: from their stellar communication to gorgeous material choices to incredible attention to detail, quality and craftsmanship.
