From the outset we were impressed with Steve and Jenna. Having never built a house before, the design process was all new to us. First they visited our site in person and set right to work on creating a 3D model of the site in BIMX. Throughout the early phases of the design, Steve and Jenna listened very carefully to all our requests and made some great recommendations of how we could develop our ideas in the design. When we first saw the initial draft of the design and the 1st version of the 3D BIMX model we were blown away with what they came up with. Throughout the process we made numerous changes to the design. Steve and Jenna were attentive to our requests throughout, even suggesting last minute changes that created extra work for them that we had not considered. One of the real differentiators for us was the 3D work in BIMX. Having the 3D model with the ability to virtually walk around and inside your future house really helped our confidence in the design - I couldn't imagine having to do this only with the 2D design drawings. Without hesitation we would hire Steve and Jenna to design our next home. Although the house is not yet complete we've received numerous compliments from the developers, builders and other home owners on the homes striking design.

We liked Uprise Design + Drafting designs at Lakestone and decided to hire them to design our custom home in a different community. Wow, did they ever do great work! Jenna and Steven were able to take our ideas and translate them into the exact house design we wanted, while keeping the cost in line with our budget while meeting the design requirements of our lot and development. For only slightly more than the cost to modify an existing design, we got exactly what we wanted. We worked with Jenna and Steven on the planning of a new contemporary home in Coldstream. From beginning to end, Jenna and Steven exceeded our expectations. Steven and Jenna were a great help in helping us design our dream home . They were very professional and work very well as a team. Our deadlines were met and we were happy with the completion of our construction documents. The were able to guide us with the Lakestone specific building codes which was of great help to us because they were very familiar with them since they had done several projects for several new homes there. We hired Uprise Design and Drafting to draw our new home and the experience of getting to know Steve and Jenna was amazing. They had the knowledge and experience in the process that we were looking for. They have expertise in in codes required for the building process. I would hire them again to do our construction drawings any day of the week. The nice thing about Steve and Jenna is when you receive your drawings from them they are ready to go with all elevations and room sizes required so you can just go and apply for permits. Steve and Jenna worked with us to create unique multi-generational home that has turned out to be even better than we hoped it would be. We used Steve and Jenna to design our home in June 2015. They were an awesome team to work with, were very informative and helpful, and provided timely responses to our inquiries.
