I spoke to multiple companies and eventually got multiple quotes to reside my garage. I wanted to upgrade the look and also the insulation factor. There is insulated siding on the market, apparently not as common. Only one of the companies I spoke to was able to offer me this product (despite all being full service siding contractors). That tells you something right there. Valdicass made it possible to get the look and improvement that made the investment worth doing. The crew that came out were real pros with lots of years of building experience and they did a really clean, detail oriented install. If you are wanting to work with a contractor that actually cares about the customer and the work that they are doing, this is the company that brings those qualities.

I used Valdicass to replace a front entry door with two sidelites. I am very pleased with how this company handles its business and how professional the processes is. As the homeowner I was very well informed of everything that would be happening, how it would be done and what I should expect as the end project. The cost of the project were clearly explained to me and I felt they were very fair for what was being done. At the end of the project I am leaving this review because not only did they beat their competitors by over $1000 but the work was done in such a professional, efficient and clean manner that it almost seems like they were never there. We chose Valdicass to replace our main front entry door, 04 sliding patio doors and a rear entry door. When comparing Valdicass with a few other companies they offered the most competitive price. Price wise they are much more reasonable when compared to large companies like Renewal by Andersen. Would also like to note how pleasant it was to work with Teri the operations manager. There were some unplanned installation issues that came up during the project that could have made this experience very stressful. However Teri was able to work with the supplier and then also get a team rescheduled to return back onsite to get all of the issues fixed and resolved. All in all I thought the installers did an excellent job. We have no regrets choosing Valdicass for our project and we would definitely recommend them.

I’m so glad I chose this company to replace my windows with a Pella multi-stacking sliding door. Out of the three companies I spoke with, Valdicass stood out as the most knowledgeable about Pella products and never tried to oversell. They’re not your typical door and window company with pushy sales tactics. Mario, the salesperson, was professional, friendly, and very well-informed. Greg did a fantastic job cutting the masonry and even installed a new drainage system. Jesse, the crew leader, ensured the installation was outstanding—everything is perfectly leveled, the door glides smoothly, and the team took care to seal off the room to minimize dust while leaving everything spotless afterward. Finally, Teri, who oversaw the entire project, was an excellent communicator and made the whole process seamless. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team.

We recently purchased 5 new vinyl windows from Valdicass. The entire process was very good. Mario, our salesman, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions truthfully. He was understanding when we wanted to take a look at the sample windows in person at their showroom before signing a contract and purchasing. Walter arrived to measure the windows shortly afterwards. He was also very professional. The measuring process was concise. The measurements were then used to create custom windows for our home. Finally, on the day of installation Jesse and his team arrived on time and remained extremely professional for the entire process. In total, it took about 6 hours for the installation. They left our yard clean, and they even had a gentlemen vacuum and wipe away dust from their installation. Jesse then showed us how to operate the windows for cleaning. Throughout the entire process, Teri was our contact. She was always kind, informative, and communicative. I'd not only recommend Valdicass for friends and neighbors, but I'd purchase more windows from them in the future.

Valdicass installed a single window in my bathroom. Walter, the owner, helped me select the right window. I was impressed with their showroom with a large selection of windows to choose from. It was extremely clean and well organized. The window came in the estimated 4-6 week lead time. Walter worked well with my contractor. Teri, the office manager, was very personable, and responded to all of my questions promptly. Jesse, Danny, and Raul, the installers, did a great install and cleaned up throughly. I highly recommend Valdicass and will definitely use them again when I am ready to replace my other windows.

Just had my windows done by Valdicass, and wow—what a great experience! Mario and Teri were total pros: fast, friendly, and got everything done without any hassle. No sketchy upcharges, no delays, just honest pricing and solid work. They kept me in the loop the whole time (seriously, communication was on point), and the install looks amazing. Needed a lot of work done on the garage with replacing the siding, trim, window, and service all of which was over 30 years old. Valdicass provided a quality, detailed estimate and explained everything they were going to do. Got to choose our own colors for the trip, siding, and frame. Took several days to complete the project as they paid attention to detail during the entire process. Work was done professionally and happy with the result. Would recommend for your next project.

My wife and I have wanted new windows and a front door/storm door for a while, and Valdicass made it so easy and painless. Obed took my calls every day, answering any small question I had to make sure I was making the right choice with our windows. He also came with helpful suggestions, including making our new kitchen window an easement window, which might be my favorite window in the house now. He also reached out to my town's buildings department to make sure our new windows would be up to code. After the order was made, Teri, their operations manager, called regularly with updates on when to expect my order to come in and handled getting our permits for us. On install day, Jesse and his crew were professional, swift, and cleaned up all the construction dust when they were done. All the new windows look great. We have more windows that will need replacing in the future, and we will definitely be going back to Valdicass when the time comes.

We selected Valdicass to cut 2 new window openings into our house as well as replace a problematic window. They had very competitive prices compared to the other vendors we solicited. Due to price point, we went with them. I'm honestly very glad we went with them. Validcass has provided top-tier service and work quality from the start. They did an excellent job addressing any hiccups during the installation process as well as worked with the village to get a passed inspection. I spent a significant amount of time researching windows and window companies for my home. My home had original Pella windows from 1976 and it was finally time to have them replaced. I watched video after video and I had all of the top companies come out to provide estimates. At the end of the day Valdicass Inc. was a clear front runner. I contacted them after being referred by a neighbor and when I called, I spoke to Teri who was fantastic. Teri set up my initial consultation and stayed in contact with me thought out the entire project. They provide me with an in-depth Q&A on the high-quality Pella products they offer. I had plenty of time to go to the showroom and meet with Obed who was my rep on this project. Obed was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job outlining this project in every aspect. On several occasions I met with the owner of the company Walter who went above and beyond to work with me on this project, and for that I am thankful. Valdicass is top notch! I've never had a better experience with an installer! The crew installed 13 new Pella vinyl windows and a new Pella wood patio door after a complete demo of the old, including brand new interior wood casing and trim. The craftmanship was flawless! The attention to detail was amazing! The crew were all extremely professional, respectful, talented, friendly and fun! The team started on time each day, gave an update of progress and what to expect for the day, covered all the flooring with heavy tarps, covered surfaces with plastic, cleaned up debris as they worked, and completely cleaned up everything at the end of the day, even when coming back the next day - impeccably! I will be contracting with them to install a new front door next. You will not find a better installation team for your windows!

Outstanding quality, workmanship and communication throughout the entire project. I met with Walter to discuss my project and then went to his showroom to see his work. I as immediately sold when I saw the detail of his work. We had a pre-job discussion at the house and he and his team met every aspect and need I had requested.
