Frank was fantastic about helping us narrow down our choices in terms of style and price point. Bob, installer, was professional, meticulous and answered all of my questions. The lead time last spring was longer than I expected but the team was very up front about delays and changes. It’s expensive so I haven’t completed our townhouse window treatments yet but I will be going back to Frank and Bob to finish the job. Highly recommended—it’s so hard to find good customer service like this.

So impressed! I bought my blinds a year ago with stellar service. Frank was amazing and helped me so much, the installer Jeff was so professional. Now, I had a red light on my Pirouettes and was not sure what to do. Contacted Frank and he told me exactly the issue (power surge while on vacation. Unplug and it reset). 100% recommend for lifetime of great service. 10+

If there is a minus 10 I would have gave it as a rating. So not professional 3 months to give an estimate wasting my time and I am stuck with them because I already did one of the bedrooms with them. And on top of that they took the money and after 1 month apparently they did not place the order. How ridiculous is that!!!! So disappointed DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Frank did a beautiful job with providing decorator advice (no charge for that), shades, drapes, some wallpaper, recommendations for paint, coordination of entire main level of our new house so everything "blends". this was over 15 years ago. Then recently one of our Hunter Douglass blinds failed and I called Value Blinds. Because the exact color was no longer available, Value Blinds called Hunter Douglass and insisted they replace ALL four blinds in the room so they would match. This was all under the Hunter Douglass warranty so no cost to us. Frank's wife Pat had to make multiple calls to Hunter Douglass. Of course Value Blinds could simply have given us the phone number of Hunter Douglass and said "good luck." This shows how seriously they take customer service, even so many years later. Definitely the place to go if you want high quality and excellent service.

Value Blinds is a very professional organization, from the consultation to the end of installation it was all seamless. The products are all well made, we had shutters made for our home and they are beautiful. I highly recommend Frank and his organization without hesitation.

The whole project was handled very well from beginning to installation.Frank listened to my wife’s thoughts on what she wanted and offered many solutions. The pricing was very competitive and the blinds are excellent quality. We will do business with Value Blinds again.

I have had some issues with Hunter Douglas Duette PowerRise blinds that we had purchased about 10 years back - motor elements, remote and battery wand. Even though the manufacturer does not cover those parts beyond 5 years, Frank and Katie provided outstanding support and solved my issues. They went out of the way to help even though the store was owned and operated by some other parties at the time my family got the blinds, so essentially they made no money off of us and still spent time and effort to solve my problem. Awesome customer support! Thanks.

From the consultation to the installation our expectations were exceeded. We purchased Norman shutters for kitchen, HD Glide for sliding glass door, rollers shades in living room and honeycomb shades for the master bedroom. The selection of paint colors was extremely valuable and coordinate well with the window treatments purchased. Service delivery was timely and availability to discuss additional paint colors without charge is unheard of in the industry. Thanks again Frank, Katie and others for a job well done!!

We purchased custom Norman shutters from Frank at Value Blind. The final product looks terrific and the value was excellent. (Value Blind offered the best pricing of three companies we received quotes from.) At first, we weren't sure what type of window coverings we wanted. Frank came out and spent 90 minutes with us going through the various options and the plusses and minuses of each, which was a huge help. He clearly knows his stuff. Frank came out again to take measurements when we were ready to order. We asked to review the final rail charts before Frank placed the order, as we were still deciding between a few configurations for the shutters themselves. About a week later, we emailed Frank to ask when we'd receive the charts to review. He called back and said that he had placed the order and the shutters were already on their way. He took responsibility for the mistake and committed to making sure that we were 100% satisfied with our shutters, even if that meant submitting a second factory work order. He asked if we'd be willing to wait until the first order arrived so he could make sure all the measurements were exactly right and we could see the shutters in person and decide what we wanted to do. That seemed reasonable to us and we weren't in a rush, so we agreed. The shutters arrived and the install team came out to install custom framing. We were nervous about this as we have plaster walls (which can be tricky) but the team was excellent and did a great job with the installation. We didn't like the shutter configuration itself, though, as the top and bottom rails were too large and it blocked out too much light. We let Frank know and he said he would place another order. He sent us the proposed rail charts for the second order, we made one small change, and he submitted the order. The second set of shutters came in and are perfect. We are incredibly happy with them and with Frank. We bought an old house and have dealt with a number of contractors. Something usually goes wrong somewhere along the line. In Value Blind's case, Frank made a mistake -- but he immediately took responsibility for it and did everything possible (including taking a loss on the sale) to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We would definitely go with Value Blinds again.

I highly recommend Value Blind. We love the terrific service and the quality! We had an in-home consultation and picked sun-blocking shades and plantation shutters. Frank asked all the right questions and we are so happy with the results. These items have really enhanced the decor of our home. Delivery time frame was just as promised and installation was neat and professional.
