My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I remodeled my kitchen, bathroom & dining room this winter & Vance and her team provided me a design for total remake of these rooms, advised me on the finishes & procured many samples as well as numerous items from their trusted craftsmen that made my house just "sing"! I have loved working with Vance! She helped me refresh our interior design with a wonderful eye for color and character that has made our home sing! She is attentive, dependable and extraordinarily personable. She came to my home with hundreds of fabric samples which reflected the artisanal woven qualities I wanted. It was so rewarding to have so many beautiful options while being able to count on her for advice and consultation. Vance also helped me with both remodeling and design decisions for my vacation home in Hawaii. She completely understood what I was trying to achieve and guided me in a way which resulted in just the tropical feel I wanted. She is simply the best!

I needed to refurbish and sell my elderly parents home in Carmel Valley. As I live out of town, I needed someone to handle everything for me. Vance Killen was recommended and literally took charge of every detail. She met with the HOA, took care of all documents, arranged for the workers to have access, determined and ordered everything necessary to put the house on the market. I was kept appraised of every detail and all was done expediently. It simply would not have been possible without her.

We love our house! Vance is inspiring and organized. Her listening to our esthetics was exceptional, and she added so much to our style by offering ideas and choices that we hadn't considered; she solves design problems with joy. She made our whole experience beautiful. Kimberly assisted her efficiently and effectively. She is also gracious and accommodating.
