Vastu

Sarita at Vastu has been a great resource for us in designing our living room in our new home. She helped us pick out furniture that was in our budget, and encouraged us to be creative with our choices while still being respectful of our personal style. Sarita has been very responsive, and when she is out of the store, others at Vastu have been very helpful in answering questions or conveying information to Sarita when necessary. Their selection of custom upholstered furniture is much larger than one would expect from just visiting the store. The website gives a better sense for the selection, but one really needs to sit down with someone at Vastu to get the full sense of how much customization is possible. We have been very happy with Vastu and Sarita in particular!

Very helpful when i was looking for a Flos product not in stock, and i kind of needed it urgently. The investigated the technical aspects of the lights and got it shipped to me in time. Super friendly and reliable.

We had a great design experience at Vastu. Matthew is very creative, and nailed our design aesthetic in our empty formal living room! The one thing that got missed was our need to design the layout around our audio system and speakers. Not a deal breaker, but this was our one specific requirement. They have gorgeous, clean-lined furniture which can be customized to whatever size/color/texture/etc you have in mind. Amanda in Operations is fantastic as well. She kept us informed on the availability and delivery of our furniture.

We were so pleased with everyone at Vastu. They quickly and thoroughly took us through options to have a sofa built with just the right dimensions, fabric, and style. What we ended up with is still our favorite piece in our house. The owners and staff are professional, friendly, and know their products inside and out.Will return and recommend them to anyone.

I was simply shopping in the neighborhood and was drawn in by the cool items on the sidewalk. There were very funky, tasteful and quality chairs and a few tables they were looking to sell. When I went in the store I was greeted and offered help. I indicated i wanted to buy an item on the sidewalk. Even though I was not seeking full scale design services they were as excited about my $150 purchase as if I had just spent $15000. I just loved the energy, the style and the non-pretentious nature of the shop. And I should also mention that the table is awesome. perfect style, excellent quality and materials.

We ordered a table that arrived in a different wood but they quickly turned around a new order. The sales people were very helpful in the showroom
