Victor and his crew of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons and others did a beautiful job of renovating our kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. Victor is detail oriented and very communicative about his work plans. And all the details came out right. It was a pleasure having him and his crew in our home. The final results are we have what feels and looks like a totally new home. They have my highest recommendation. Next, a en-suite bathroom reno.

Victor Burgos and his guys are the best. We have worked with many contractors over the years on small and large projects from restoring an 18th century farmhouse to putting a closet in a bedroom. We hired Victor to redo our master bathroom. Erin Cochran of Revealing Redesign, LLC, wanted major changes that required knowledge and skill necessary to create the beautiful bathroom that perfectly fit the style of our house. Victor and his guys, Andrew and Ed, are diligent workers and skilled craftsmen. They are respectful of my home at all times. They do not blast a radio, they put down coverings to keep my floors and carpets clean, and when they leave for the day, they clean up completely. Victor's quality of work is A+, so much so that he won't do anything unless he does it the right way. He never takes shortcuts and he guarantees all his work. We only hire Victor now for any and all projects, large and small. I recommend you do too.

While this contractor did a great job, there were a few problems. First, the estimate was not adhered to. My home is around 100 years old and the contractor's ran into problems such as floor joists needing replacing & plumbing issues. Finally, Victor said I needed to "come up off of" as he put it, the granite counter tops I wanted in order to save money. Well he saved me $1,100 out of $48,000. For the extra money, I would rather have kept the granite! I felt the formica must have been easier to install and that was his real reason for switching. Do you think he took advantage of a female??
