Review for Victoria Caldwell Designs 5* for design, outcome, quality, listening and working with our colour preferences and objectives. Victoria is a gem to work with. Hiring an Interior Designer is an expense that many people may question. But believe me, the time and money that it saves you, can’t even be quantified when you understand that you are not only relying on Victoria’s knowledge and expertise and professionalism, but on all her large catalogue, of high quality and exclusive suppliers that she can order from. We both felt such peace of mind, leaving the entire project in her capable hands. From beginning to end, she sourced everything, taking care of all the decorating, ordering, paying, receiving, unpacking and arranging in situ. Victoria’s network of professionals that contributed to the job, were all top notch. Victoria came up with several design proposals, within and above budget and allowed us to choose which we liked best. We were able to then change some of the items later on. With attention to detail from coat hooks, carpets, furniture and fabric furnishings, down to the light fittings and light switches, Victoria completely transformed this blank canvas that was, into a 5* guest suite accommodation. Using a green colour thread throughout, with pops of blues, creams, beiges and greys and a headboard fabric design that is as luxurious as it is unique, with its own fun woven in story. The room has a sumptuous, calm, peaceful and relaxed feel. Whether it’s for a short stay or long stay. Our guests have been SO impressed with every detail of the room, they call it their 6* piece of heaven.

Victoria is highly professional and we would have no hesitation in recommending her. She helped us from the beginning to the end of our project. She was excellent in arranging and managing the various contractors and was there overseeing the project from beginning to end. She was very knowledgable of her trade and helped us enormously She was interested in the detail and helped us every step of the way, coming up with ideas, sourcing materials and other things as well as meeting deadlines and budgets. She made the project fun and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. We couldn't have done it without her! - A big thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Victoria Caldwell on a fast track refurbishment project in Mallinson road, SW London. Victoria approached us in the moment where our other projects have moved forward by few weeks and we had a gap to fill. We were invited to take part in a tender process managed by Victoria. Having seen her project documentation and specifications has put us at ease from the start. After meeting her on site first time, we immediately got a warm welcome and we both felt like we knew each other for years. It is extremely comforting and important for a contractor to have full trust and support of the designer. Victoria quickly adapted to new situation and change of programme, worked under high pressure, listened very carefully to our buildability suggestions, working with us to find best solutions for the Clients. Within a week we started on site. She was always very supportive to come to site and carry out inspections, discuss and resolve issues or send excellent hand sketch notes to help us understand and build without delays keeping budget under control, that is very important. She went the extra mile with her support throughout the project not only for us but also for her Clients. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her, it made the process so much easier and stress free especially at this high pace fast changing environment, which wasn’t easy for anyone. Final result delighted happy Clients with their new home and project completed to exact budget and a friendly contractor that would enjoy working with her again. We were in the middle of a large renorvation project when I met Victoria and realised that I needed some help with sourcing and coordinating the interiors. I wanted to be really involved but time was an issue at that moment. I knew roughly what look and colour scheme I was aiming for in each room and Victoria was excellent at pulling it together for me. She was particularly great at finding me some beautiful fabrics which totally fulfilled the brief that I gave her. She then went on and coordinated much of the paintwork, window dressings and lighting. Many thanks Victoria we are delighted with the result and are enjoying making it home.
