We were also surprised by how much of a game-changer the interior selections were. Cynthia and Sam have impeccable taste, and their guidance on finishes and fixtures transformed our space in ways we hadn’t anticipated. The attention to detail in every selection and their interior design elevated the entire project. When the project moved to construction with VitaBuilt, the same high standard of workmanship continued. Inevitably, complications arise during construction, but I never once felt the need to go back and check the contract—Dave, Maria, and Patrick always did the right thing. Maria provided complete transparency on the financials, and any discussions about cost allocation were straightforward and never uncomfortable. When you’re investing this much time and money into a project, you want every detail to be perfect. Whether it was requests for design comparisons, side-by-sides, or additional options, the Vita team never made us feel like we were asking too much, even when it added significant extra work for them. We’ve told them many times that we’re more than happy to speak to any potential clients about our experience—it’s the least we can do to repay how well they’ve treated us.

Lucien Vita and his team designed and built our dream house on the Long Island Sound in Westport, CT. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Lucien’s design is impactful. It is beautiful from the street. The interior flows intuitively. The inside connects seamlessly to the outside. The materials and build quality are excellent. The house fits my wife and I like glove. What a company, We hired Vita Design Group to renovate our existing house from top to bottom. Lucien our architect and his amazing team transformed our property. We knew we wanted a modern take but not lose its historical charm. Lucien did just that. He is that good. After our initial meeting he came up with a few designs. We loved his vision and we completely gave him flexibility and control. We live on the river so there are challenges with obtaining permits/etc. Even so they managed to finish the whole job in the time frame they gave us. We worked with the Vita Design Group on a ground-up, high-end residential project in Westport Ct. Our firm usually designs everything in a project, from the layout all the way to fluffing the last pillow, and we have occasionally butted heads with various architects over the years who sometimes insist on dominating the project. However, within minutes of meeting Lucien and his team, we knew this would be a very different experience. Lucien is as knowledgeable and talented as he is agreeable and pleasant to work with. He and his team were able to easily dovetail with our way of doing things, and the ultimate results were much better than we would have ever achieved on our own. I worked with Lucien Vita who is the founder of Vita Design. Lucien designed my new home. He is the nicest person anyone can work with so easy, sincere and caring. He has become a friend. It was a collaboration between him and I. He is incredibly talented and passionate about his work. One might say, he pushes the envelop to know about the latest technology. My new home is extremely well built, unusual and beautiful. A very common reaction when someone walks into my house the first time is "Awesome!". He has an excellent design sense. Most architects can design any style house including modern but I was looking for an architect whose strength is pure modern and Lucien did it. He could build any style beautifully but his passion is modern. If you want a modern house, he is the one to design it. Lucien stayed with the project from start to finish. Building a house from the ground up can be very stressful. I had my moments but for the most part it was a fun experience. It was a process that took about two years . We saw a lot of each other in the office, in the field and on the road checking things out and we're still friends. If I built another house Lucien Vita would be my architect. I like him as an Architect and as a person. He also has a very dedicated office and technical staff who were always responsive to my needs They are all involved in the latest technology. It's a very friendly comfortable office.

We worked with Vita on a renovation project. We ended up moving and not completing renovation but their work is amazing and we considered building a house with them as well. Modern, clean and very outside the box thinking.
